Did Alba Berlin not realize that they were the Washington Generals and the San Antonio Spurs were the Harlem Globetrotters?
It’s safe to say that the never happy Coach Pop is even a little less happy about his team’s trip to Berlin on Wednesday. Off the court, Danny Green was getting blasted all over social media for posting a silly “Holocaust selfie” and on the court he witnessed his team lose a game at the buzzer because of a 4th quarter collapse ending with a turnover and a running game-winning shot from Jamel McLean.
Let’s hope the Spurs next game on Saturday against Turkey is a little less eventful.
I’m blaming this loss on the presence of Lady Gaga.
