“I’m more experienced, I think I’m a better player than I was last year,” said Steph Curry when asked about topping his MVP season after the Warriors beat the Nuggets on Friday night. “That’s the mission, but a long way to go.”

The Warriors are now 6-0 and Curry, once again, looked like a man – more like a basketball God – on a mission: 34 points, 10 assists, 7 rebounds and 8 3-pointers.

“I’m definitely shooting more 3s this season.” said Curry who matched Michael “funkiest 3-point shot ever” Adams for the 3rd longest streak in NBA history with 79 straight games with a shot from downtown.

Curry also joined the great Rick “grandma free throw shooter” Barry as the 1st Warriors to score 30+ points in 5 of his 1st 6 games of a season.
