The 3rd quarters of Warriors games might be the most exciting quarters in basketball.   The sole reason why is Stephen Curry and last night during GM1 of the Warriors/Spurs series, the babyface killer scored 22 of his 44 points in the quarter.  He connected on 9 of 12 shots (4 of 5 from downtown) and assisted on 8 other points.

Steph’s 44 was just 1 point shy of Kobe’s record against the Spurs but it was 3 more points that Steph needed to pull out a victory.
