On Friday, Darius Morris scored a ridiculous 51 points to go with a D-league playoff record 18 assists in an OT loss.  It was heartbreaking game because it’s always heartbreaking to see a player have a great performance, that deserves recognition, but go home a loser.

It’s a feeling that Stephen Curry knows well.  Last year, he scored a career high 54 points in a loss vs the Knicks and last night, he scored a season high 47 points in a 2 point loss to the Blazers.

Curry made 16 of 29 shots including 7 of 14 from downtown.
