Item's will be packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase. Items generally take 3-5 business days to be delivered once they are shipped out if in the US. Items shipped outside of the US can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to deliver.

We do not share ANY of your information with any company that is not named Ballislife LLC. We strive to protect our customers and their information.

Returns are accepted however the customer must incur the shipping charges to and from. You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item and we must receive the returned item within 10 business days of delivery in order to get a refund/replacement.

Items ordered and cleared for payment will be packaged within 1-3 business days. In the event that we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will contact you and let you know what options you have. Options can be to wait for a new shipment to come in or to select a different size, color, or design.

If you sign up for an account you can view your orders status in your account. You will also be able to receive discounted coupons and promotions.
