I’ve been wishing for a Terrico White appearance in the NBA Slam Dunk Contest for years. He was a 2nd round pick of the Pistons back in 2010 but after a season ending injury during his 1st preseason game the Pistons let him go and he’s been taking his high flying game around the world for the past few years.

White is currently on the Grizzlies Summer League team and had one of the highlights of the night against (who else) the Detroit Pistons.  Unfortunately it wasn’t a member of the Pistons that got dunked on but one of White’s own teammates.

White scored 4 points on 2 of 3 shooting and also had 2 boards, 1 assists and steal in 13 minutes.

Here’s the popular video from 2010 showing White along with rookies like John Wall and Paul George dunking at a rookie orientation.

And here’s my favorite oop by White (no teammates were dunked on in this one).
