The first half of the West Virginia’s 77-62 win over Texas on Monday was an eventful one.

With a little more than two minutes left before half-time, Texas freshman Jarrett Allen threw down one of the best dunks you will see this year over Sagaba Konate.  Then with less than half a minute before halftime, West Virginia coach Bob Huggins collapsed on the court.

“It comes out of nowhere,” Huggins said after the game. “Well, I guess I got a little lightheaded, which I do when I stand up too fast sometimes. A lot of that’s old age, and a lot of it is some of the medication I take.
