Dear Lord! I’m not talking to that Lord, i’m talking to Chrislord Templonuevo who is the emcee in this video and runs my favorite dunk contest in Houston called the Blacktop Battle. In this video, Chrislord has to watch two guys battle it out by playing a hoop version of Tic-Tac-Toe. The rules are pretty simple, you make a layup and then you place a “X” or “O” on the tic-tac-toe board. Easy right?
Well, maybe it was the pressure of game 4, the thought that they might be stuck in that arena until 6am because of flooding, or maybe they were dropped on their heads like Steph Curry, but these guys couldn’t beat my 6 year old at tic-tac-toe. Don’t believe me? Guess where this guy places his X?
If you guessed the 6th spot then you are wrong! But that’s OK because guess where the other guy put his 0?
In the 2nd spot instead of the 6th! So now the X guy is going to place an X in the 6th spot right?
Nope! So the 0 guy can now win it but instead…..
Cut to the end. Neither of the participants were winners of the game but atleast they got to watch their Rockets win. And then they had to spend the next 5 hours trying to drive 10 miles through a flood.
