Kobe wearing adidas, Big Z in a sweater and a couple of Nuggets taking portraits as corny as anything I’ve seen from Glamour Shots.  These awesome throwback pics were taken back in 1998 for NBA All-Star weekend in New York. Too bad they didn’t have a fashion show back then like they are having at this year’s All-Star weekend in New York.

Besides wearing an awesome sweater in 98, Ilgauskas played in and won MVP of the Rookie game after scoring a game-high 18 points and grabbing 7 rebounds.  His teammate Bobby Jackson had 15 points, 7 assists and the only dunk I’ve ever seen him do.

Unfortunately we don’t have a pic of T-Mac but he scored 9 points and threw down a nice dunk of his own.

As for Kobe, he scored a team-high 18 points in a very memorable All-Star debut against Michael Jordan (23 points) and the winning East team.
