How dare the refs question the defensive brilliance of Tony Allen. Late in the first quarter, Tony Allen was ejected after receiving a Flagrant Foul 2for his Liu Kang kick to the face of Chris Paul. Allen pleaded his innocence and said he didn’t mean to kick Paul but the refs and everybody else with eyes weren’t buying it. They actually even upgraded the flagrant from a 1 to a 2 after reviewing the incident. Chris was OK after the karate kick and was just 1 rebound shy of a triple double but his Clippers did fall to the Grizzlies behind Z-Bo’s 26 & 15 and Marc Gasol’s almost triple double of 23/9/8.
1st thing 1st apologies 2 @CP3 accidental kick…..

We can’t talk about kicks in the NBA without showing Bruce Bowen kick Wally Szczerbiak in the face.
or Dennis Rodman’s expensive kick on this cameraman who flopped harder than some of Chris Paul’s teammates.
