On the top of almost every NBA player’s Christmas wish list should be Vince Carter’s skills at the age of 39.

During the Grizzlies win over the Rockets on Friday, Carter scored 14 points off the bench, which included four of six from downtown and one (I refuse to say “turning back the clock”) dunk on Corey Brewer – poor Brewer played only five minutes, missed all three of his field goals and got dunked on by a guy who is less than a month away from turning 40.

Every time I see Vince dunk against the Houston Rockets I have flashback of a game back in 2000, when Carter scored 37 points and hit a clutch (lucky) three with 30 seconds left in regulation and then threw down a game-winning dunk.
