I can’t stress enough how annoyed I get when the NBA puts out a “turns back the hands of time” video every single time Vince Carter dunks – which is a few times a month. With that said, on Monday night against the Houston Rockets, the almost 39 year old did turn back the hands of time a little when he threw down an alley-oop dunk. Unless my memory is wrong, this is the alley-oop king’s first oop since the 2013-14 season. The last oop dunk can be seen at the 3:70 mark of the following video.

If you have an issue with me saying the first man to throw down windmill alley-oop dunks in the NBA is the “alley-oop king” then just revisit this oop from 2000 and tell me if you still disagree.

Still need more evidence? Watch this video and never question Vinsanity again.
