Bazemore connects with Wesley Johnson for the game winning alley-oop vs the Blazers

“These guys are straight up athletes in this league, and you can just throw it anywhere around the dash,” Bazemore said. “(Johnson) caught it and could have actually dunked it but went with a safe one.”

It would have been cooler if Wesley Johnson would have dunked the inbound oop from Bazemore but Laker fans will gladly take a “safe” game winning layup.  Wesley will also gladly take it.

“It’s one of them. It’s gotta be up there,” Johnson said about where his game winner ranks among his biggest shots. “To pull out the win like we did and fight the whole game, it was a good one.”
