When Kendrick Lamar’s critically acclaimed album ‘To Pimp A Butterfly’ came out almost a year ago today, many fans (myself included) were upset his song “untitled” from a 2014 performance on Colbert Report wasn’t on it. Since then, Kendrick has dropped more great Untitled tracks on shows and after last month’s Grammy performance, LeBron James took to Twitter to tweet at Top Dawg CEO Anthony Tiffith for a release of all the Untitled tracks.

Most of us didn’t think of the exchange as anything more than just an amusing conversation and wish, but last night, March 3rd of 2016, Kendrick Lamar released the tracks on a surprise album called “untitled unmastered,” which is available on iTunes, Spotify, GooglePlay, Tidal and Apple Music!
Tiffith also posted a message on Instagram telling King Kendrick fans they can thank King James for the 8-track album.
