Zach LaVine Hits Back to Back Clutch 3-Pointers to Force OT
“If you all know me, I have the confidence to take and make any shot. That’s my mentality,” LaVine said after the TWolves OT victory over the Jazz. “That’s why I come in knocking them down.”
The NBA slam dunk champ is mainly known for his skywalking but he has range and last night in Utah, he showed it, when he hit back-to-back clutch 3-pointers to force OT.
“Zach showed big Kahunas to go in there and make the shots that he hit,” Timberwolves coach Flip Saunders said.
Zach finished the game with a team-high 27 points and was 5 of 6 from downtown. This was also Zach’s 3rd 20+ point game in his last 5. He only had 2 other 20+ games in his previous 60.
