The Nike Air Max ’95 may be possibly one of the most iconic air max’s to date. It’s been 20 years since the shoe made its original debut. Since then Nike has advanced their technology when it comes to shoes.
Que in the Air Max’95, to celebrate 20 years of originality, Nike brought in designers Ben Yun and Dylan Raasch to re-invent the shoe in two different styles.
Yun re-designed the shoe with a one-piece woven upper and lockdown support system from the second generation of flywire. Yun’s model will be dubbed the Nike Air Max ’95 Jacquard. While Raasch developed a simplistic style for the ladies. The shoe will feature the classic ’95 Air aesthetic along with a compressed and trimmed down heel. A reverse gradient scheme for the upper.
The Nike Air Max ’95 Jacquard and Womens Air Max ’95 Ultra are both set to hit selected Nike retailers on July 16th.
