Heartbreaking story.

At the “First Annual Ghetto Angels Basketball Tournament” in the Bronx, held in the memory of a 15-year-old girl who was stabbed to death a year ago, a 4 year old boy was shot in the head.

The violence started when the shooter took shots at a basketball player who returned fire and ended up shooting the boy.
