Adrian Dantley – The Crossing Guard

Adrian Dantley is not only one of the most underrated scorers in NBA history, but he’s also one of the most underrated players to ever step foot in the NBA. The two-time scoring champion averaged 30 points a game for four consecutive seasons between 1980 and 1984. During the 84 season, he had 10 40+ games and one impressive streak of 39, 37, 40, 43, 23, 40, 31.

In case you were wondering what the six-time All-Star and Basketball Hall of Famer is up to, he was last seen working as a school crossing guard?

“It’s not a big thing to me,” said Dantley, who lives near Eastern Middle School. “I just do it. I have a routine. I exercise, I go to work, I go home. I have a spring break next week. I have a summer off, just like when I was a basketball player.

“I just did it for the kids. I just didn’t want to sit around the house all day.”

If you are the type that likes to sit around the house all day and watch YouTube clips, I highly suggest the following videos.
