You are going to have to take Blake Griffin’s Kia Optima back to May 14th of 2012 to see Andrew Bynum pull of a 20 & 10 game and November 15th of 2010 to see a 20/10/5 game from the center that has been wasting away next to #1 pick Anthony Bennett on the Cavs bench this season and did nothing but show off funky hairstyles in Philly last year.
But last night, the man who used to be involved in daily arguments about “the best center in the league” had a breakthrough game for the struggling Cavs with 20 points 10 rebounds 5 blocks and 1 nasty dunk on Carlos Boozer.
“It felt good,” Bynum said. “I won’t lie to you.”
The win snapped a 5 game losing streak and hopefully start a streak of good performances that we all know Bynum is capable of.
As for Anthony Bennett, he had 2 points and 2 fouls in 5 minutes….
