LeBronJames.com just released some footage from the LBJ archives showing LeBron and Chris Paul telling a bunch of campers at the LeBron Skills Academy including a beardless (almost beardless) James Harden and a young Steph Curry with 2 strong ankles what it takes to be a winner.

Seeing Harden without a beard makes the video worth watching but the speech by LeBron is pretty good too.
