On Friday, May 16, the New York Knicks will host the Boston Celtics in Game 6 of this Eastern Conference semifinal series, and this is the best NBA Same Game Parlay today.
Thus far, I have yet to examine this series for my daily Same Game Parlay series. The Knicks are up 3-2, and with a win tonight, they'll advance to take on the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Of course, the headline injury in this series is Celtics superstar Jayson Tatum. He tore his Achilles earlier in this series and is out for the playoffs and probably next season.
The Celtics did get some good news, though, as Kristaps Porzingis is not listed on the injury report.
As for the Knicks, they may be without Precious Achiuwa, who's dealing with an ankle injury.
Below, you’ll find my NBA Same Game Parlay picks today for this game with odds of +420.

Leading off my NBA parlay predictions for this three-leg SGP is the Celtics +2.5 on the point spread.
In Game 5, the Celtics came away with a 127-102 win at home against the Knicks.
They even won the rebound battle, 44-40.
The Celtics moved the ball around well, totaling 27 assists to the Knicks' 17. They also recorded 12 blocks.
The Celtics defense held the Knicks to 29 of 81 shooting (35.8%), and they also shot 40% from 3-point range (12 of 40).
Without Tatum in the lineup, Derrick White led the way with 34 points.
In all, six players for Boston had double-digit points, including White, Brown, Al Horford, Jrue Holiday, Payton Pritchard, and Luke Kornet.
Karl-Anthony Towns added 19 points and eight boards.
Interestingly, the Celtics have played nine games without Tatum this season, and they're 7-2 straight-up.
In Game 6 now, they're back in New York. So far in this series, the Knicks are 1-1 at home. They put up 121 points at home in Game 4. That was their highest point total in this series.
They average 114.6 points per game (12th) on the season, but that hasn't shown over the course of this series.
The Celtics offense has been cooking, averaging 129.6 points per 100 possessions over their last three games.
With Porzingis not on the injury report, expect him to contribute too. I'll take the points with the Celtics.
The next leg of my NBA Same Game Parlay today is for Brunson to have seven or more assists.
Over the five games of this series, he's had seven assists or more in three of the five games.
He fell short in Game 5 with six and also had five in Game 1.
Over this series, Brunson is averaging 13.4 assists per game.
The Knicks cannot rely on Brunson to get it done. He's passing the ball around but needs some shots to fall.
Here in what I'd consider a must-win game—they certainly don't want to go back to Boston in a Game 7—I think the Knicks will look to pass the ball around a bit more. When they put up 121 points in Game 4, they had 25 assists, which led the Celtics by 10.
The Celtics defense isn't as stiff against Brunson as the Detroit Pistons were, but still, other playmakers need to get in on the action.
One of the best parlay bets today in the NBA is for Pritchard to finish with 15 points or more.
So why take this line now?
With Tatum out of the lineup, he played a lot, and I think he'll continue to play a fair amount of minutes.
In Games 1, 2, and 4, he played in 24 minutes or less. Throughout the season, he's averaging nearly 28.5 minutes per game.
In games where he logs at least 28.5 minutes (40 games), he's had 15 points or more in 30 of them.
Now, without Tatum, those chances are even higher as the Celtics are moving the ball around more.
