If you are approaching Sunday like it’s the end of the weekend and you are not looking forward to going back to work on Monday, let’s see if we can change your perspective with some NBA prop bets. Yes, the new week and workday will be here before you know it, but first, you can check out our Best NBA Player Props list and possibly win coffee/lunch money for the week.

If you’re like me, you love your morning caramel macchiato. Win the right bet, and you can treat yourself for the week. Now admit it, the thought of enjoying some good coffee on the way to work every morning makes the work week not seem so bad. On that note, let’s talk about the player props for today.
Tyrese Maxey is averaging 29.1 points per game this season and has gone OVER this TOTAL in all five games since the All-Star break and in nine of 11 games in February. He opened the season with 40 points vs. the Celtics in Boston but had only 26 and 21 in two home games against them (Oct. 31 and Nov. 11).
Boston’s defense is always a challenge, but Maxey is playing at a high enough level right now to still go OVER this TOTAL.
Like Maxey, Jaylen Brown is averaging 29.1 points per game this season. He has gone OVER this TOTAL in just two of four games since the break and in five of nine games in February. In the three previous games vs. Philadelphia, he had 24 (Oct. 22), 32 (Oct. 31), and 24 points (Nov. 11).
With Jayson Tatum still sidelined, the offense will continue to go through Brown. I like him to go OVER this TOTAL at home against a lackluster Philadelphia defense (17th in defensive rating) that will be without Joel Embiid.

He’s not a guy you hear about a lot, but Luguentz Dort is a solid secondary playmaker for the Thunder that has recorded two, two, three, four, and one assists in his last five games. Dallas is a struggling team that’s allowing 30 assists per game over its last 10 contests and likes to play at an above-average pace.
OKC should win this game easily, which makes it more likely that Dort sees a good 25+ minutes. Against this struggling Mavericks squad, I like the value in this prop at +140.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander made his long-awaited return from injury Friday against a solid Denver Nuggets team and promptly knocked off the rust with a 36-point, three-rebound, nine-assist game. He’s averaging 32.1 points per game this season and scored 33 in his last game vs. the Mavericks (Dec. 5).
It has been a rough season for the Mavericks, who are 14-18 at home this season. It will likely not get any better against the Thunder today with Cooper Flagg and P.J. Washington out.

Luka Dončić is averaging almost 12 points a game in the first quarter this season and had 17, 8, 11, 12, and four in his last five. He’s gone over in almost three-quarters of the games he’s played in this season. Against a poor Sacramento team whose best talent is injured and struggles to play defense, I like him to put on a show for fans in the first quarter.
In his declining years, LeBron James seems perfectly content being the facilitator at times, especially when the Lakers are playing a poor team like the Kings. He’s averaging seven per game this season, nine Saturday vs. the Warriors, but has gone OVER this TOTAL in just two of five games since the break.
But he went over it in five of six games prior to the break and averaged 8.1 per game in February. He’ll be more than happy to dish out to Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves all day long against the Kings.
