The NBA continues to chug along as a new week starts. If you've been following me and the BallisLife Bets team on the JuiceReel app (which you better be!) you'd know I have been crushing the NBA on a daily basis.
As teams who are hopeful of a deep playoff run begin to further separate themselves from those teams that are tanking. With the creation of that separation, we will also be able to find some great opportunities to smash the books. So, as always let's dig in,
The Boston Celtics take on the Portland Trail Blazers in what could be a tricky Monday night late game. There is a possibility the NBA's number one adjusted offense might be holding out their starting rotation because of a number of factors.
If that happens we could have quite the game. The Celtics feel like they can beat the Trail Blazers without their starters or at least a couple of them which is totally possible.
The Trail Blazers have not been playing well, to say the least. Injuries to key players have caused their performance to plummet on both ends of the court. They just lost to another team who was missing a bunch of their key players, the Toronto Raptors,Β 128-118 on Saturday.
So taking on a Celtics team whose second-team squad is better than their first can cause a lot of issues for the Trail Blazers.
This Celtics team has high hopes of a deep playoff run and is playing really smart basketball. Whether they are dominating teams with their number one square or dismantling struggling teams like the Trail Blazers with their second-tier players, the Celtics are great. Take them to dominate this game.
The Dallas Mavericks are the favorites on the road tonight versus the Chicago Bulls. I think that the Mavericks should win this game against a Bulls team that has had serious issues stringing together wins.
The Bulls will make you think have figured things out, then they fall on their face. The Mavericks have the offense to give any team trouble, and theyβre a solid 17-13 SU on the road this season. Including 10-5 against the spread in their last 15 games.
The Bulls are coming off a long road trip and that usually means they are a good bet against. I'm a little scared of the spread with the Mavericks on the road so I'll be sticking with the moneyline. Give me the Mavericks on the road.
The NBA season continues to tick on as we inch closer and closer to the playoffs. Teams like the Celtics and Mavericks have high hopes of great seeding and deep runs and that means continuing to win. Focusing on teams who are in similar situations can be seriously profitable.
