The playoffs are looming, and several teams are battling it out for playoff seeding and home-court advance. With two primetime games on the schedule, the Indiana Pacers (48-31, 28-10) will host the Cleveland Cavaliers (63-16, 29-10 away). The Cavaliers already clinched the No.1 overall seed in the Eastern Conference, so this game likely doesn't mean much. The Pacers will likely face off against the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the playoffs. If so, who will be awarded home- court advantage?
For the late-night matchup, the Minnesota Timberwolves (46-33, 33-17 away) will face the Memphis Grizzlies (47-32, 25-14 home). The Grizzlies hold the current no. 6 seed in the West, with a slim one-game lead over the Timberwolves. Currently a Play-In Tournament team at no. 8, this is a crucial matchup for both teams.

If you're looking to bet on NBA player prop bets, welcome! With an NBA betting record of 18-9 in March, we've started April hot! Up nearly 11 units in April and 16 on the year, let's finish out strong.
Here are my top three player prop bets for the April 10 NBA matchups!
Are you looking to bet on NBA player props all season long? Here at Ballislife Bets, we've gathered a complete list of the best sports betting offers here.
PPG: 14.8| FG: 42.9 % | FT: 63.6 % | 3PT : 28.8 % | REB: 5.9 | AST: 2.4 | STL: 0.5 | BLK: 0.3
My first player prop bet for today, I placed one unit on Milwaukee Bucks forward Kyle Kuzma to record 12.5 points against the Pelicans.
There's no doubt Kuzma has regressed since the trade to the Bucks, however there's a prime matchup tonight.
With Damian Lillard sidelined with a DVT, this is a must win for the Milwaukee Bucks. Most likely to face the Pacers as a classic No. 5 vs No. 4 seed, the Bucks are close to securing home court advantage.
Fresh off a five game win streak, Kuzma is coming off a 10-point performance against the Timberwolves. Given he's averaging 12.8 points per game this month, the Timberwolves have one of the most elite defenses in the NBA. In fact, they rank no. 6 in defensive rating. If Kuzma can put up 10 point against them, just wait for tonight.
With Lillard sidelined, the acquisition of Kuzma at the trade deadline couldn't have come at a better time. Emerging as the Bucks' leading scorer behind Giannis Antetokoumnpo, Kuzma has averaged 14.3 points in 30 games with the Bucks.
Tied with Bobby Portis Jr. with 12.2 field goal attempts per game, Kuzma hasn't exactly struck gold from beyond the arc (29.6 %). He's versatile in scoring, which is what the Bucks need.
Just four days ago, Kuzma and the Bucks barely scraped by the ailing Pelicans, 111-107. While Gary Trent Jr. and Kevin Porter Jr. combined for 49 points, Kuzma poured in 17 points, on 8-13 shooting. With CJ McCollum, Zion Williamson, Jordan Hawkins, Herb Jones, and Dejounte Murray out for the season, New Orleans roster is hardly recognizable.
Tonight should be one of the best matchups betting wise for Kuzma. With Antetokounmpo expected back in the lineup, how will this affect this prop? Without Giannis in the lineup, Kuzma is averaging 16 points in the last five games without him.
However, let's be real about the Pelicans defense. Ailing from injuries is an understatement. The Pelicans rank no. 29 in defensive rating, allowing the fourth most opponent points per game (118.7).
Along with riding a four game losing streak, the Pelicans give up the most points to forwards in the NBA with 24 points per game. Nearly double what this player prop line is, Kuzma has a strong case to repeat his last performance and then some.
Over the last nine games, not one opposing forward has scored under 18 points.
Given the matchup and history, I do believe this player prop line is set too low. Considering Kuzma is averaging 14.8 points over the last 10 games, he's averaging a solid 30 minutes per game for head coach Doc Rivers.
Overall, Kuzma has faced the Pelicans three times this season, two including his time with the Wizards. It was a much different time, where Kuzma was the No.1 scoring option for Washington. Despite being on a championship contending team, he still contributed 28 and 14 points in two January matchups.
PPG: 18.6 | FG: 47.3 % | FT: 85.3 % | 3PT : 38.8 % | REB: 3.5 | AST: 9.2 | STL: 1.5| BLK: 0.6
My second best bet for tonight, I placed one unit on Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton to record over 26.5 points + assists against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Stated earlier, this game is high stakes for the Pacers, who will push for home court advantage in the playoffs. Given the Cavaliers have opted to sit a majority of their starters, it should be an interesting dynamic.
I'm not sure if Haliburton has ever faced a lineup of Ty Jerome, Isaac Okoro, DeAndre Hunter, Dean Wade, and Jarrett Allen before. That's not the say this won't be a competitive matchup with Cleveland. They have a strong roster, top to bottom.
Haliburton has kicked it up in the second half of the season, averaging 19.1 points alone over the last 10 games. Recording nearly a 50/40/90 season in the back half, Haliburton is averaging an impeccable 53.5 percent from the field, 44,4 percent from 3-point, and 87.1 percent from the charity stripe.
This is the Haliburton bettors have come to know and love. Remember when Tyrese finished a four point play to win the game vs the Bucks? That playoff series is vastly approaching and Haliburton knows the importance of a home crowd. That's why I expect him to give everything he has tonight.
I love this prop from a points perspective alone, given Haliburton's recent stats. Now he gets a matchup at home, where the guard is scoring over 20 points on 41.7 3-point percentage.
There's been some volatility from a betting perspective, however it's hard to fade Haliburton right now. In one lone game against Cleveland, the Pacers star tallied a lone two points after sitting out with hamstring injury second half.
His night should be slightly easier today, given Darius Garland and Donovan Mitchell won't be in the starting lineup. Scoring 18+ points in three of the last five matchup against Cleveland, let's talk about the assist part.
The Pacers are fairly healthy, and we've seen that the way Haliburton has been distributing the ball. Putting up Trae Young like assist numbers, we are talking about a guard who's notched 11+ dimes in six of the last games. On a heater, Haliburton is averaging 11.1 assists alone over the last eight games.
The Pacers boast the top defensive rating over the last five games, and Haliburton's been playing with poise and limited turnovers.
The potential assists is what gets me, especially where he tallied 24 potential dimes against Denver just two games ago. With four straight 10+ assist performances since the end of March, half of this prop line can come from assists alone.
PPG: 24.1 | FG: 41.0 % | FT: 87.6 % | 3PT : 33.7 % | REB: 3.1 | AST: 11.6 | STL: 1.2 | BLK: 0.2
My third best bet for tonight, I placed one unit on Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young to record over 35.5 points and assists against the Brooklyn Nets.
Similar to the Pacers, the Hawks have clinched a Play-In tournament spot. However, the they remain just half a game ahead of the Bulls for the no. 9 seed. If the season ended today, the Hawks would matchup with the Magic on the road. It's unlikely they will catch Orlando for home court advantage.
Probable to lace up tonight, the Hawks will need their biggest star to step up against the Nets. Also, who can stop Young, who's averaged 24.1 points and 12.6 over the last 10 games?
One of the best facilitators in the NBA, Young has dialed it up in the passing departing. Putting up some serious numbers, he's averaged 12.2 dimes over the last five games! Young in fact leads the entire NBA with 20.8 potential assists per game.
Now he gets a young and developing Brooklyn Nets team, who give up the seven most assists to point guards. Tallying 12 assists in each of the last two games alone against Brooklyn, I'm fairly confident Young can keep up the trajectory.
In one lone game against Brooklyn this season, Young cashed out bettors with 28 points and 12 assists. Dating back to 2023, he's averaging 29.2 points alone in the last six had-to-head meetings.
Sure, Young has shown some scoring vulnerabilities over the years. However, he's the Hawks leading scorer, and is coming off 28 points alone against a a stingy Magic defense.
How can I truly fade a player who's soared well over 35.5 point and assists in six of the last seven games. In those last six games, Young is averaging 39.3 points and assists. With playoff time around the corner, I'm not fading Young given his history against the Nets.
