It's Friday, and there's a massive NBA slate tonight!

Last night, Steph Curry made history with 4,000 career three-pointers. Will anyone else make history today? It's been an exciting few months in the NBA.
With ten games scheduled for tonight, there's an eastern conference matchup between the Miami Heat and the Boston Celtics. Under .500 for the first time since the 2018-2019 season, can the Heat break out of a massive slump?
With the playoffs looking, stakes are high for several teams. In the Western Conference, we have a classic showdown between the Lakers and Nuggets at 9:30 p.m. ET. Can the Lakers survive without LeBron James against Nikola Jokic and company?
The late night matchup, the Phoenix Suns will host the Sacramento Kings today. Just 3.5 games back of the Kings for the No. 9 Play-In spot, every game matters for the Suns.

With a NBA betting record of 6-4-1 NBA betting record in my recent articles, let's keep it hot heading into the weekend. Placing all bets as separate plays, you can find my best bets in FanDuel and DraftKings Sportsbooks.
Let's take a deeper dive into my three best player prop bets for the Friday, March 14 NBA matchups!
Are you looking to bet on NBA player props all season long? Here at Ballislife Bets, we've gathered a complete list of the best sports betting offers here.
PPG: 27.4 | FG: 44.5 % | FT: 76.3 % | 3PT : 35 % | REB: 8.4 | AST: 7.7 | STL: 1.9| BLK: 0.4
My first player prop bet for today, I placed one unit on Lakers star Luka Doncic to record a double-double vs the Denver Nuggets for -140 odds.
Coming off an incredible 45 point performance against the Milwaukee Bucks, Doncic must step up in the absence of LeBron James. While LeBron's absence is expected to be a few weeks, the Lakers are fresh off three losses.
Although Doncic has pieces around him, he must continue to carry to heavy load in order to secure victories. Time and time again, we saw Doncic carry the Mavericks on his back. Today's matchup against the Nuggets is a vital one.
An impressive two-way performance all around, Doncic led all Lakers with 14-27 field goal shooting (51.9 %), and 7-13 from beyond the arc (53.8 %). While the Lakers were blown out 126-106, Doncic secured 29 points by the half. Having recorded his 18th double-double of the season, Doncic has a double-double in over 50 percent of his games played this season.
Averaging 7.7 assists this season, Doncic is putting up 7.6 dimes in 13 games with the Lakers. With 15 assists in the last two games, Doncic has 12+ assists in three of the last five games. Given the Nuggets give up the sixth most assists to point guards (9.6). is there a possibility Doncic could record a double-double from points and assists alone?
More often than not, all signs point to the under on assists. Hitting the over in just four games as a Laker, we must look at the matchup. There's no doubt losing LeBron, Rui Hachimura, and Jaxon Hayes will affect assist numbers. As a whole, the Nuggets allow the most assists in the NBA with 29.1 With that much talent, it's hard to fathom why Denver can't stop the passing lanes.
Out of Luka Doncic's 18 double-doubles, two of them have come from points and assists, occurring twice in March. Of course this came prior to LeBron's injury. Back-to-back 30+ point, and 12+ rebounds, five of his total double-doubles have come from points and assists.
Logging back-to-back double-doubles from points and rebounds, Doncic will have a tougher matchup on the glass.
After all, Doncic has 10+ rebounds in four of the last five matchups against the Nuggets. Averaging 10 boards over the last five meetings with Denver, Doncic has notched 10+ rebounds in six of the last nine head-to-head meetings.
Overall, Doncic has been spectacular, averaging 29.5 points, 9.2 rebounds and 8.3 assists over the last 10 games.
Recording a double-double in four of the last five games, Doncic has four double-doubles as a member of the Lakers.
PPG: 12.2| FG: 44 % | FT: 83.1 % | 3PT : 33.4 % | REB: 6.7 | AST: 1.4 | STL: 0.8 | BLK: 0.9
My second player prop bet for today, I placed one unit on Sacramento Kings forward Keegan Murray to record over 1.5 threes vs the Phoenix Suns for -158 odds.
Whenever Murray hits a three, I think of the iconic "Murray" chant by Kings fans. Although on the road, Murray has has a prime matchup today.
"Keegan, MURRAY!"
While Murray's production has taken a slight dip with the addition of DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine, that's to be expected. Although averaging a career-low 33.4 percent from deep, Murray's production has vastly increased.
In fact, the sharpshooter is averaging 13.5 points and 39.1 percent from beyond the arc over the last ten games.
With a 53.5 three-point attempt rate this season, Murray has undoubtedly struggled over the last two games. Let's be honest, the Warriors and Knicks are not an easy matchup.
With 15 combined points over the last two outings, Murray is coming off a brutal 2-10 from the field, and 2-8 three-point performance vs the Warriors. On Monday, things didn't go as planned. Murray finished with nine points, on 1-6 three-point shooting.
Mind you, bettors saw Murray light up the Houston Rockets for two trey balls, who are an elite defensive team.
After shooting 40.6 percent from deep in February, I'm confident the Kings forward will come back alive.
Given the Kings deploy a small three guard lineup, Murray will continue to shift to the front court. With that said, the Suns allow the eighth most threes to forwards (7.2), and second most three-balls (2.8). With this, the Suns allow the second worst three-point percentage among forwards (48 %).
Until the Suns get it together, I can't trust them defensively. No. 27 in defensive rating, I don't expect Murray to explode for 30+ points. However, this is a Suns team that allows the fifth most three-pointers per game (14.1).
PPG: 21.8 | FG: 43.9 % | FT: 83.2 % | 3PT : 29.1 % | REB: 4.0 | AST: 7.5 | STL: 1.2| BLK: 0.3
My third player prop bet for today, I placed one unit on Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant to record over 23.5 points against the Cleveland Cavaliers for -108 odds.
First off, the Cavaliers are the real deal. With the best record in the NBA, they are a top defensive team. However, will Morant get a break with Donovan Mitchell out of the lineup?
Ja Morant has been absolutely smoking teams, how can I fade this prop for nearly plus money? Scoring 24+ points in seven straight games, Morant is averaging 28.3 points over that span.
When I mean consistent, I mean consistent. Ja Morant isn't going to burn teams from beyond the arc, he's averaging an abysmal 24.6 percent from three-point range.
Scoring 28 and 29 points vs the Jazz and Suns, Morant's biggest test came against the Oklahoma City Thunder last week. Although a 120-103 defeat, Morant finished with 30 points in 32 minutes.
Given Ja is one of the best at getting to the free-throw line (6.5 FTA per game), the Cavaliers allow the 10th fewest trips to the charity stripe.
In one lone matchup against the Cavaliers this season, we saw Morant record 21 points on 6-13 field goal and 2-4 three-point shooting. Logging 34 minutes, Morant fell into personal foul trouble with five.
Perhaps Morant can avoid being dunked on, personal fouls, and technicals today. For this player prop to soar over, Morant will have to continue to draw the fouls. In a high stakes matchup, Morant has scored 24+ points in four of the last five meetings with Cleveland.
