Don't look now, but the Los Angeles Clippers are catching fire. They'll enter play on Sunday with six wins in their last eight games, and at home -- where they've been particularly hot -- they should stand an excellent chance against a Denver Nuggets team which is still missing Aaron Gordon.
There have been some concerning trends developing for the Nuggets without Gordon, and we'll look to hit them where it hurts with a couple of Clippers player props before rounding things out with Russell Westbrook against his former team.
Let's build a same-game parlay for Nuggets vs Clippers on Sunday, December 1 and lay out a few props that will work well as standalone straight bets as well.

It's been a bizarre season for James Harden, who begun the season averaging 10 assists through the first few weeks and then shifted to becoming a double-double threat with rebounds instead.
Harden has tapped back into his play-making ability lately, racking up 11 assists in a loss to the Timberwolves on Friday and averaging 8.8 in his last five contests, and given this matchup I can't see a better way to kick off this parlay.
That should open the door for Harden, a pick-and-roll maestro, to get the ball down low to his forwards and pile up helpers early and often.
The Nuggets' interior defense has certainly suffered without Gordon, but so too has their ability to corral available rebounds. Sitting just 13th in the NBA, and 14th since Gordon went down, they'll be up against an absolute force on the glass when they look to contain Ivica Zubac.
The big fella has now corralled 12 or more rebounds in all but one of his last seven games, averaging a hefty 13.6 per contest, and has far eclipsed his career-long 7.6 rebounds per game this season with 12.6 on average.
Most importantly, Zubac has played almost 33 minutes per game this season which is by far the highest output of his career, and with the interior a big focus we can expect him to play plenty more in this matchup.
Zubac saw a season-high 39 minutes against Denver earlier int he season, going for 15 boards, and that game included Gordon. Now, against a depleted Nuggets frontcourt, he should look even more dominant.
It's going to seem like like something of a meme, but I do think this matchup calls for a play on Russell Westbrook in a "revenge" spot.
The focus on scoring inside has never been more clear for Westbrook as he enters his twilight years, ranking in the top 9% of all point guards in shot frequency in close, and in this one he'll challenge a Clippers team which has allowed 67.5% shooting at the rim to rank 21st in the NBA.
Westbrook shredded a poor Knicks frontcourt defense two games back for 27 points and exploited a surprisingly bad Lakers frontcourt for 14 the game before that. He should find space here to get plenty of shots off against the Clippers, but even if he opts to shoot from the mid-range he'll encounter a team which has allowed shots to come from that area at one of the seven highest clips in the league.
