The Minnesota Timberwolves have finally gotten the monkey off their back, winning two straight gams to snap a four-game winning streak, and now they'll meet the LA Clippers, who they took down at home to get their most recent run going.
With some liabilities inside the arc for these respective defenses, we'll take a shot on two men who should be able to score the ball at will against the softest spots on the floor before taking a look at a very juicy rebounding prop.
Let's build a same-game parlay for Timberwolves vs Clippers on Wednesday, December 4 and lay out a few props that will work well as standalone straight bets as well.

Norman Powell didn't just return from injury two games ago, he did so in grand fashion.
It's hard to question Powell's usage here, given he's averaged 16 field goal attempts in the limited run since healing, and it's just as hard to question the matchup. Minnesota's tailed off a bit on defense, and has looked weakest against long mid-range jumpers, allowing 43.9% of them to fall for the 10th-worst mark in the league.
This is where Powell gets a lot of scoring done, sitting in the top 20% of the league at his position in shot frequency in the mid-range, so even if the Timberwolves continue to defend the 3 well, there should be plenty of ways for Powell to fill up the scoring column.
Mix in a matchup against Jaden McDaniels, who's taken a big step back defensively this season, and I think you've got a winning combination.

Moving over to the Clippers, the biggest weakness defensively has come at the rim where they've yielded a 68.3% field goal percentage according to Cleaning the Glass to rank 25th in the NBA.
Randle is second on the team in Usage Rate, and he's shot the ball 13 or more times in four of his last five games while making his way to the free throw line at a healthy clip to boot.
On top of this, the Clippers are giving up a ton of looks from the mid-range, where Randle likes to shoot, and have been at their weakest towards the front of this shooting zone with a 16th-ranked defense against short mid-range shots.
Any way you slice it, the Timberwolves should look to attack the interior here, and that should open the door for a bounce-back game from Randle after a couple of quiet scoring nights.
While Powell has returned to the lineup, it hasn't meant the end of the Kris Dunn experiment in Los Angeles. In fact, it seems this coaching staff is so pleased with how things are going that they've decided to thrust the former lottery pick into a bigger role.
I'm excited about this development, because it means we'll be able to bet on some Kris Dunn player props. The clearest way in among his many generous lines should come in the rebounding department, considering the Timberwolves are ranked just 18th on the glass this season.
The 30-year-old went for seven rebounds the last time he squared off with the Timberwolves, and I don't expect the story to be any different on Wednesday.
