On Wednesday, May 7, the Oklahoma City Thunder will host the Denver Nuggets in Game 2 of this Western Conference semifinal series, and this is the best NBA Same Game Parlay today.
In Game 1, the Nuggets were 9.5-point underdogs and won 121-119. They're 11-point underdogs in Game 2 and still in Oklahoma City.

The injury report features DaRon Holmes (Nuggets) and Nikola Topic (Thunder). They're both out for this matchup. Other than that, everyone else looks good to go.
Below, you’ll find my NBA Same Game Parlay picks today for this game with odds of +475.

The Nuggets at +11 on the point spread lead off my NBA parlay predictions.
In Game 1 of this series, the Nuggets won 121-119 as nearly double-digit point underdogs.
They also blew out the Thunder in the rebound department, 63-43. They were +8 in offensive and +12 in defensive rebounds.
As for the Thunder, they shot 42% from the floor (42 of 100) and 34.9% from 3-point range (15 of 43).
Another key difference was the free-throw margin. The Thunder were 20 of 28 (71.4%), whereas the Nuggets were 27 of 33 (81.8%).
Both teams did fairly well in the paint, too, but the Nuggets won the battle 54-46.
Also, remember that heading into this game, the Thunder hadn't played since April 26.
The Thunder defense showed up. The Nuggets' shooting percentages from the floor and from 3-point range were far lower than their season-long averages, but they also shot about 10% lower from the free-throw line than normal.
At halftime, it's worth noting that the Thunder were up 60-50 but couldn't slow down Denver at all in the second half.
I can understand liking the Thunder in this spot in a bounce-back spot here, but 11 points once again feels like too much.
The Nuggets won the game outright and scored 121 points despite shooting far below their season-long averages and having twice as many turnovers.
I think the Thunder will win this game. They're back in a groove after not playing for nearly a week and a half, and I believe they'll shoot better from the free-throw line.
With that, I'll take the Nuggets and the points and can agree that they'll lose the game.
The next leg for my NBA Same Game Parlay today is for Caruso to go have 16 or more combined points, rebounds, and assists.
Caruso isn't a starter, but he's logged 22 minutes or more in each of the last four games.
His 26 minutes in Game 1 also featured nine 3-point tries and he made five of them (55.6%).
This was well above how he normally performs from beyond the arc (35.3%), but I do think he'll have the ball in his hand often enough that'll either result in a score or an assist.
Caruso is one of their most reliable bench pieces. He's averaging just 7.1 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game, but he's been much more involved during this playoff run. His season-long average was about 19 minutes per game, and in Game 1, he had 26.
I expect him to be used plenty throughout the postseason. He's a trustworthy option.
One of the best parlay bets today in the NBA is for Gordon to finish with seven rebounds or more.
On the season, he averages 4.8 per game, but in Game 1 of this series, he had double this line with 14. In fact, he had seven defensive and seven offensive rebounds.
In the opening game of the season, he had nine rebounds against them. Then, unfortunately he missed the second game, had two rebounds in seven minutes in the third game before getting hurt, then missed the next game which was one day after the game he was injured in.
Now, of course, he had 14 in Game 1.
I'll also look at last season.
What helps Gordon in this matchup is the Thunder center, Isaiah Hartenstein, who needs to deal with Nikola Jokic.
There are a lot of avenues for him to get seven or more.
