On Tuesday, May 20, the Oklahoma City Thunder will host the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals, and this is the best NBA Same Game Parlay today.
It took the Thunder seven games, but they beat the Nuggets in Game 7 at home 125-93.
The injury report is clean, except that the Thunder are without Nikola Topic, who has an ACL injury.
Below, you’ll find my NBA Same Game Parlay picks today for this game with odds of +130.
Spoiler: With this being Game 1, we will tread carefully just to see how these teams will look against one another.

The Thunder moneyline, which is a standalone line of -305, leads off my NBA parlay predictions.
During the regular season, the Thunder and Timberwolves were 2-2 against one another.
On Feb. 23 in Minnesota, the Thunder got the 130-123 win.
Then, at home on Feb. 24, the Thunder fell to Minnesota, 131-128. That game went to overtime.
In the Feb. 24 game, Anthony Edwards had 17 points on 5 of 15 shooting (33.3%). Jaden McDaniels led the way with 27 points, and Naz Reid added 22.
In that game, the Thunder shot 42.5% from the floor (45 of 106) and 15 of 49 from 3-point range (30.6%).
The Timberwolves shot 44 of 97 (45.4%) and just 9 of 32 from 3-point range (28.1%).
This season, the Thunder are holding teams to 107.1 points per game (third), 43.3% shooting from the floor (first), and just 34% from 3-point range (first).
The Timberwolves hold teams to 108.4 points per game (fifth), 45.7% shooting from the floor (sixth), and just 35.2% from 3-point range (fifth).
They did get a day off, but they did go all seven games. Therefore, I'm not comfortable taking the spread, especially against a team with as strong of a defense as the Timberwolves.
Both teams have stars with Gilgeous-Alexander on the Thunder and Edwards on the Timberwolves.
The Thunder were 35-6 at home during the regular season while the Timberwolves were 24-17 on the road.
Both teams rank inside the top four in average scoring margin. The Thunder are atop the stat board at +12.6, and the Timberwolves are 4th at +5.2.
While we're taking the moneyline here, that still shows the Thunder are a strong team even with very little rest.
Take them home. Be conservative in Game 1 of this series.
The next leg of my NBA Same Game Parlay today is for Edwards to have 25 points or more.
However, over his last three games, he's averaging more than 29 points per game.
During the season, he's averaging 27.6 points per game and shooting 44.7% from the floor and 39.5% from 3-point range.
In the four games against the Thunder, he's had 25 or more in just one, which came in Oklahoma City on Feb. 23.
In that game, he had 29 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists. He shot 38.1% from the floor in that game.
The Thunder do have a tough defense, but both of those shooting percentages were far lower than their season-long averages.
Against the Nuggets, the Thunder allowed 25 points or more seven times.
Edwards will get the ball plenty in this one and the Timberwolves have had some rest. They ended their series against Golden State on Wednesday, May 14. So, they've had about five days of rest. I don't think rust has set in yet.
One of the best parlay bets today in the NBA is for Gilgeous-Alexander to finish with 25 points or more.
For this final leg, I wanted to hit something reasonable, and Gilgeous-Alexander getting 25 is it.
In fact, he's had 25 points or more in 68 of 76 games this season.
He's played against the Timberwolves four times this season. In those games, he had 37 points or more three times. In the fourth game, he had 23.
In that fourth game where he fell short, he played the least amount of minutes. He played 33 minutes and 40 seconds. Interestingly, he had 40 points in 34 minutes and 20 seconds against them on Dec. 31, but in the other two games, he played at least 38 minutes.
