On Wednesday, May 21, the New York Knicks will host the Indiana Pacers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, and this is the best NBA Same Game Parlay today.
The Knicks are the No. 3 seed in the Eastern Conference, whereas the Pacers are No. 4.

In the semifinals, the Knicks defeated the Boston Celtics in six games, though it was easier following Jayson Tatum's Achilles injury. It took the Pacers only five games to beat a beat-up Cleveland Cavaliers squad.
The only player listed on the injury report is Pacers power forward Isaiah Jackson. He's out with an Achilles injury.
Below, you’ll find my NBA Same Game Parlay picks today for this game with odds of +220.

The Pacers +4.5 on the point spread leads off my NBA parlay predictions.
During the regular season, the Knicks won the head-to-head 2-1. The average score favored the Knicks, 124-115.
However, there are some caveats.
The overall pacing will be intriguing to watch in this game.
The Pacers averaging more possessions per game also shows in the season-long stats.
Indiana averages 117.4 points per game (seventh), while the Knicks are at 114.6 (12th).
The Pacers are also slightly better at shooting the ball. They're shooting 48.9% from the floor (second), whereas the Knicks are at 48.1% (sixth).
From 3-point range, the Pacers also have a slight edge at 37.2% versus 36.8%.
Now, there are some differences, though.
As for rebounds, the Knicks have a slight edge at 51.2 per outing to the Pacers' 49.5.
This is all to say that these teams will match up fairly well. They both have positive records against the spread in their respective situations.
As a home favorite, the Knicks are 22-18-1 against the spread. That said, when they're at a rest disadvantage—which they are heading into this series—the Knicks are just 6-14 against the spread.
Overall, I think the Pacers will look to keep the pace—no pun intended—up.
Both teams are fairly squishy defensively, so I don't expect either to really pin the other down.
The next leg of my NBA Same Game Parlay today is for Towns to have 20 points or more.
Over his last five games, he's had 20 or more in four of them. He fell short in Game 5 against the Boston Celtics, scoring 19.
The first game against Indiana was the second game of the season, which was Towns' second game with the team. He had 21 points, was 5 of 11 from the floor, 2 of 2 from 3-point range, and 9 of 10 from the free-throw line, and played just over 32 minutes in that game.
Here's how the next two games looked:
This season, Towns is averaging 24.4 points per game. He's shooting 52.2% from the floor and 42% from beyond the arc.
He's had 20 points or more in 51 of 72 games (70.8%).
This is teeing up for a great game for Towns.
The next leg of my NBA Same Game Parlay today is for Haliburton to have seven assists or more.
Over his last five, he's finished with seven assists or more just two times.
He's giving his teammates plenty of opportunities, but they're not sinking.
Well, at least that was the case against the Cavs.
Backing up to the Milwaukee Bucks series, he had double-digit assists in all but one game. In Game 5, he had nine.
The two games he was successful in were a 14-assist outing in November, followed by eight in February.
He had just five, but that was the second game of the season.
I expect the Knicks' defense to be a bit softer than the Cavaliers and for Haliburton to get at least seven in this one.
