With two primetime matchups set to air on ESPN, we have a showdown between two of the most elite teams in the NBA. In the Eastern Conference, the Boston Celtics (42-17, 18-10 Home) will host the Cleveland Cavaliers (48-10, 21-6 away) at the TD Garden. -2.5 point favorites, the Celtics get a sizzling Cavaliers team, who's 9-1 in their last 10 games.
For the late-night matchup, there's a LA cross-town clash between the Los Angeles Clippers (23-26, 13-16 away) and the Los Angeles Lakers (36-21, 21-7 home). +4.5 underdogs at home, can the Lakers make it five straight wins with the acquisition of Luka Doncic?
If you're looking to bet on NBA player props, I am offering something unique to my followers! Today, I will provide my three best three-point player prop bets. Up over seven units betting on the NBA this month, let's look at my favorite three-point bets for Friday, February 28. Let's finish out the month strong!
Are you looking to bet on NBA player props all season long? Here at Ballislife Bets, we've gathered a complete list of the best sports betting offers here.
PPG: 26.1 | FG: 49% | FT: 82.5 % | 3PT : 39.8 % | REB: 2.9 | AST: 7.4 | STL: | BLK: 0.1
My first best three-point player prop for today, I placed one unit on Knicks guard Jalen Brunson to record over 2.5 made threes vs the Memphis Grizzlies.
Coming of 34 points on 3-5 three-point shooting, who's been hotter than Jalen Brunson from the three-point line?
3.5 games behind the Celtics for the no. 2 seed, the Knicks will continue to fight down the stretch as the NBA season winds down. Is there any player that truly possesses more grit and confidence than Brunson?
Jalen Brunson may not have made a splash in his second NBA All-Star Three-Point contest. However, Brunson can shoot, and he leads all Knicks players with 2.3 three-pointers per game. With 5.9 deep ball attempts per game, Brunson has been unstoppable over the last three games.
Am I reading the value and odds correctly for this player prop? How is this three-point prop valued at +108 odds?
Averaging over 27 points over this stretch, I'll gladly grab this for plus money.
Shooting 43.5 percent from catch and shoot threes, Brunson is more likely to pull up behind the arc. Even so, the Knicks guard is shooting a respectable 38.6 % on 1.5 pull up threes per game.
With seven made three pointers in the last two games, Brunson is once again in a spot to feast against the Grizzlies today. Recording four trey balls vs the Grizzlies in late January, Brunson did all that even with four personal fouls before half time.
Defeating the Grizzlies 143-106, Brunson faces a Memphis team that is allows the fourth most three-point attempts to point guards.
Seeing Grayson Allen (6) and Donovan Mitchell (4) light it up from downtown vs the Grizzlies makes this prop a strong bet. In addition, the books have failed to raise the 2.5 three-point prop line given Brunson has soared over that in two straight games.
PPG: 26.4 | FG: 45.5 % | FT: 89.7 % | 3PT : 34.5 % | REB: 4.0 | AST: 6.8 | STL: 1.1 | BLK: 0.3
My second best three-point player prop for today, I placed on unit on Suns guard Devin Booker to soar over 2.5 three-pointers.
It’s not a good time for the Suns to say the least, who have dropped three straight and have lost six of their last seven.
Although there’s trouble in the valley, Booker has been a bright spot for this team. Averaging 29 points in February, Booker now has 20+ points in four straight games. Over that span, he’s averaging 32.5 points.
Playing nearly 40 minutes this month, Booker is coming off 42 minutes. Signaling full health, how can I fade this prop when Booker is getting 25-29 shot attempts over the last three games? Aside from Kevin Durant and Booker, there's not much help offensively outside of them.
Tonight, Booker gets the Pelicans again in the second half of a back-to-back. Notching 36 points last night, 17 of them came before halftime alone.
Overall, Booker is a bucket and a scoring machine. I do think 27.5 is right on par, and the Pelicans allow the 12th most points to shooting guards. With that, Booker has hit the over three-point prop mark in five of the last six games.
Without Bradley Beal, Booker has 58 and 36 points in the last two games vs. the Pelicans. Notching 28+ points in 3 of the last five without Beal in the lineup, look for Booker to carry the Suns.
Coming off 16 three-point attempts, Booker gets the Pelicans once again. While Booker's three-point percentage is a mid 34.8 % over the last 10 games, he's shooting nearly 40 % from deep in two games vs New Orleans.
Let's take a took at this stat. Booker has 26 three-point attempts in two games vs the Pelicans this year. Yes, read that again. 26 attempts. Sinking nine in two games, it's fair to say 2.5 isn't a bad line.
The books refuse to book the line, which has remained at 2.5 three-pointers for seven games. In that span, Booker has hit the over in four of them.
PPG: 15.8 | FG: 50.9 % | FT: 76.4 % | 3PT : 40.4 % | REB: 8.6 | AST: 1.8 | STL: 0.9 | BLK: 2.9
My third best three-point player prop for today, I placed one unit on Thunder big man Chet Holmgren to record over 1.5 three-pointers vs the Atlanta Hawks. I just received word, Holmgren is now questionable.
Back from injury, Holmgren is near full return and has been on an absolute tear lately
In one game against the Hawks this season, Holmgren delivered 25 points on 3-5 three-point shooting. Scoring 20+ points, Chet has 61 points in the last three games. May I add, that he’s averaging 50 percent from the three-point line over that span.
Holmgren has been an incredible floor spacer next to Hartenstein and has 12 three-point attempts alone over the last three vs the Nets, Timberwolves, and Nets.
Although now questionable, with 5 three-pointers made in the last two games, Holmgren gets a Hawks team that struggles defensively to say the least. With 5 trey balls in the last two outings vs Atlanta, he faces a Hawks team that allows the 6th most three-pointers to Centers.
If Holmgren can lace up, he will get an excellent matchup against the Hawks, who allow the third-highest three-point percentage in the NBA (37.1 %).
Overall, Holmgren has 8 three-pointers made in the last four games. Looking more like himself, the big man is shooting 50 % from downtown post All-Star break.
Given Hartenstein isn't much of an outside shooter, the return of Chet provides much needed front court spacing and scoring.
