All the odds I used to make these NCAA basketball parlay picks can be found at bet365.
The No. 5 Duke Blue Devils will host the No. 23 Louisville Cardinals at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, NC. Fans can follow the action on ESPN once the game tips off at 7 p.m. EST. Duke leads the all-time series vs. Louisville 15-9 and has won the last eight meetings.
Louisville is coming off an 85-71 win over Virginia Tech and a 100-59 victory against Pitt but lost three of its previous four games (including the loss to Duke). However, the Cardinals were down one of their better offensive weapons in that previous matchup with the Blue Devils.
Freshman Mikel Brown Jr. made his return against Virginia Tech and scored 20. He’ll keep the Duke defense from focusing too much on Ryan Conwell and keep this one competitive.
The Blue Devils' defense will clamp down on the Cardinals in the first half this time as Cameron Boozer leads the team to a double-digit win.
Boozer is averaging 23.7 points per game and had 27 vs. Louisville in the first matchup. He’s stepped his game up since conference play got underway and is averaging 24.4 ppg. Since the Louisville game, he has scored 18, 21, 30, and 32 points. The Cardinals couldn’t stop him the first time, and there is no reason to think that will change.
He is averaging 16.9 points per game this season in the 11 games he has played in. This will be his first against Duke, but he has done well against big opponents in the past, scoring 29 vs. Kentucky and 22 vs. Arkansas. He will not score 29, but he will not fold under pressure and will match his season average.
A $100 wager will result in a $650 payday, your stake plus $550 in winnings.

No. 13 BYU will host No. 1 Arizona tonight at the Marriott Center in Provo, Utah. The action is set to get underway at 9 p.m. EST on ESPN. Arizona leads the all-time series vs. BYU 21-20, but lost the last meeting (Feb. 22, 2025) 96-95.
Both teams like to pick up the pace and score a lot of points. But each also plays good, solid defense. My first thought was to go with the over because of the offensive play by both teams, but the over is 4-3 for the Wildcats in conference play and 3-3 for BYU. As good as their offenses are, both teams will flex their defensive muscles in this game.
I don’t know if that will be enough to keep the final score under the total, but it will be enough for Arizona to cover.
Dybansta is coming off a massive 43-point effort against Utah at home. In the six conference games he played in, he finished under this total in four of them. The two in which he finished over were home games, but he’ll be facing a tough Arizona defense that knows it can’t let him get hot.
Arizona has five players averaging double figures, with Peat leading the way with 14.7 points per game. Since BYU can’t focus on any one player, that will help open up scoring lanes for Peat, whom the Wildcats like to lean on late. He’s finished over this mark in five of seven conference games.
If this game is as tight as expected, he’ll get plenty of scoring opportunities late in this one.
A $100 ager will result in a $570 payday, your stake plus $470 in winnings.
