Super Bowl LX: Will Stefon Diggs Propose to Cardi B Odds & Predictions

Diggs signed a three-year $69 million contract with New England after stints with the Minnesota Vikings, Buffalo Bills, and Houston Texans. Considered one of the most elite receivers in the game, the debate hasn't come with scrutiny. After facing legal troubles, some even thought Diggs was washed. That was until he posted another 1,000+ receiving yards in his first season in New England.

Over his 11-year NFL career, Diggs has recorded 11,504 receiving yards and 74 touchdowns. Close to making the Super Bowl with the Bills, Diggs has often been seen on the sideline after losses.  Hungry for a ring–could two rings be in Diggs' future?

A New York City native, Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B was first linked to Diggs following her divorce from Offset in 2024. While the viral June yacht video featuring Diggs and Cardi B raised some eyebrows, it certainly didn't affect his season. In fact, their relationship is still strong, as the couple welcomed a baby boy in November 2025. They first went official on social media in June 2025.

While not quite like Kelce and Swift, Diggs and Cardi B remain one of the most talked-about couples ahead of Super Bowl LX. With engagement rumors swirling, will it happen at all? If so, will Diggs pop the question if the Patriots win?

While both stars have been under fire in the public eye, there's no doubt that Cardi B has been Diggs' rock and support system this season. Commonly seen at games in New England, Diggs told reporters last week that she was a football fan before meeting him.

"She's been an amazing supporter to me and the Patriots," Diggs told reporters.  "She wasn't a football girl before I converted her over. I'm just thankful to have her in my corner, she's an amazing woman...I just appreciate her. Hopefully, I can build on that, and you know, I guess watch that tree grow."

While it's unclear if the star wide receiver will propose, his words of affirmation for the rap star only show his intentions.

That said, I highly don't recommend betting on no for -4000 odds. With such long odds, the risk increases. For example, a $50 on the -4000 prop would return just $1.25, making it a poor value bet.

On the other hand, there's value at +1100 betting odds if Diggs chooses to pop the question. There's a high risk that this won't occur, so proceed at your own risk. If you were to place $50 on Diggs to propose, the payout would be $550.

There's no question that Diggs and the "Bodak Yellow" Singer continue to create buzz surrounding their future. This especially came after the two shared a heartfelt moment where Diggs was seen on one knee following the Patriots 42-10 victory over the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium.

Recently appearing on Saturday Night Live, the 2026 Grammy Nominee for "Outside" was seen packing on the PDA with Diggs after the Patriots knocked off the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship.

With rumors of their son's name swirling and all, there's no question that news outlets have been keeping a close eye on the relationship. That said, several outlets reported that she "warned" Diggs after embracing four children with four different women.

Given that Cardi B has four children of her own, perhaps this is what Diggs means when referring to watching the "tree grow."

While there's been no talk of engagement, Diggs was seen calling her 'his wife' in previous clips on social media. It's his first Super Bowl appearance, which can leave the door open for a slight chance. However, oddsmakers aren't predicting a proposal. Considered a long shot among sportsbooks, DraftKings gives Diggs just an 8.3% chance to propose.

A hot topic last year, it turns out that Travis Kelce did not propose to Taylor Swift following the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Eventually, he proposed to the famous pop star at a later date.

As mentioned previously, it would be crazy for me to bet on Diggs to skip the proposal for -4000 odds. The risk is too high, and the return would be minimal. While bettors can bank on Diggs to pop the question at +1100 odds, it may be worth a sprinkle.

Super Bowl LX interviews have yet to take place, so will Diggs hint toward something? Perhaps not, since he previously mentioned he doesn't talk about his private life much to reporters.

Since the value isn't great, there are other novelty props to bet on, such as how many times Cardi B will appear on broadcast. Currently, the odds are set at -110 for over/under 1.5.  Another novelty prop is whether Cardi B will wear a Stefon Diggs Patriots jersey. The odds for that are much more balanced.

[Update 2/6/26]—When asked if Diggs will propose to Cardi B, he didn't say yes, but emphasized that it's "on the agenda." When talking about his own Super Bowl ring, Diggs says, "I got to get mine though first."

• Perhaps, Diggs will earn two rings—one for a Super Bowl LX victory with the Patriots—and one for proposing to Cardi B. That said, oddsmakers are giving this novelty prop a 97% chance of not occurring.
