The German team looks formidable but they are taking on this Dutch side that has not lost in 30 home matches winning 26 of them.  PSV just took down Newcastle and AC Milan and should have the skill and confidence to take down another tough European team.

Borussia Dortmund have impressed in the rounds leading up to this. Dortmund has taken down Arsenal and Sevilla to reach the Round of 16. The problem is Dortmund have become regulars of losing in this round and the fact that they have to play in the Netherlands first puts them behind the ball here.

They can compete with the best of them but I believe this PSV side will have too much. Luckily, I also think we are going to see goals in this game and these are two of the highest-scoring European teams.

Inter Milan vs Atletico Madrid Tuesday, February 19, 2024 at 3:00 pm EST 

The second match of Tuesday's Round of 16 gives up an epic match-up between two of the most famous teams in the world Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid. Usually, these two teams would be on par with each other but one of these teams has been struggling lately while the other has been red hot.

Atletico Madrid has lost two out of the last three games and has also lost half of their last 18 games against Italian sides. They currently sit in fourth in Spain's La Liga which seems pretty good but this Inter Milan team is a different kind of animal. Winners of their last eight games in a row, they have also six of their last eight UEFA Champions League home matches.

Inter Milan's only defeat in their last 13 games was last season's final match, they have been smashing teams since then and I think they'll relish the chance of taking down the Spanish giants.

Serie A leaders Inter Milan look like real contenders for the UEFA Champions League title this year. They have a big lead in their domestic league which lets them really focus on the Champions League which is why I'm taking them as one of my UEFA Champions League best bets.
