In the last matchup of two evening games, Breeze BC (4-4) will face off against Rose BC (4-4)
Unrivaled, a women's professional three-on-three basketball league, was co-founded by WNBA stars Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart. Offering athletes a unique opportunity to play stateside during the offseason, the league is mainly stationed in Miami.
That was until Unrivaled made its first tour in Philadelphia on Friday night, shattering an all-time attendance record for a professional women's basketball regular season game with 21,490 fans. Not to mention that number set a new high for any event in Xfinity Mobile Arena history. That includes the Backstreet Boys tour in 1999, and Michael Jordan's last game as a Chicago Bull in the City in 1998!
And yes, both Breeze and Rose clubs were a part of the first-ever Unrivaled takeover in Philadelphia! Now they trade the Philly frost for South Beach sun.

In case you missed it, I swept and went a perfect 2-0 in Saturday's Unrivaled picks. Not to mention, I finished the month of January up +50 units. If you wish to track my bets, my picks can be found on the Ballislife website, Ballislife Discord, and the Pikkit App (@SaraJaneGamelli).
Sunday's matchup features two popular teams, led by Paige Bueckers (Breeze BC) and Chelsea Gray (Rose BC). The reigning inaugural Unrivaled Champions in 2025, Rose has the fourth-best odds (+650) to repeat. Similarly, Breeze BC has the same odds of winning the 2026 Unrivaled championship.
Let's take a look at my best bets, betting odds, and predictions for the Unrivaled matchup featuring Breeze BC and Rose BC on Sunday, Feb. 1. I've placed all of my bets within DraftKings Sportsbook.

SPREAD
OVER/UNDER (TOTAL)
*Haley Jones has been assigned to Breeze BC from the Developmental Pool*
My best bet for Sunday, I placed one unit on the Breeze BC vs. Rose BC matchup to total over 140.5 points.
Given that each team has a 4-4 record, oddsmakers are predicting a close matchup, as Breeze BC are slim 1.5-point spread favorites. Favored -130 on the moneyline, Rose BC are the reigning Unrivaled champions. In this case, I'm veering away from the spread and moneyline—this has the potential to be a close, competitive matchup.
On the injury report is Breeze forward Cameron Brink, who is questionable to play. On her birthday, Rose forward Azurà Stevens has been ruled out. This changes the trajectory and game play, especially given that Stevens is one of the dominant, floor-spacing bigs in the league.
Overall, Breeze is the youngest team in Unrivaled, which features Bueckers, Brink, Rickea Jackson, Kate Martin, and Dominique Malonga. Led by head coach Noelle Quinn has herself some stars in the making.
At times, Breeze BC struggles with the 3-ball, and relies on Bueckers to increase her shot volume. They undoubtedly have shot creators in Bueckers and Jackson, and two dominant bigs in Brink and Malonga. When the threes aren't falling, this has often resorted to scoring buckets in various ways.
They don't call Bueckers "mid-range Mommy" for nothing!
Breeze is a middle-of-the-road offensive team, putting up 71.3 points per game. With that, three players rank among the top 20 in scoring, including Bueckers, who averages the third-most points per game (20.5). Boasting a 53.9% field goal percentage, Bueckers has excelled on the ball and scoring off screens.
There's no question the offense starts with Bueckers, who's shooting 43.3% from beyond the arc. Along with that, Unrivaled is waiting for more pick-and-rolls with Malonga. As a facilitator, Bueckers has tallied 51 total assists this season.
While Bueckers leads the pack, this is a versatile group, with four players scoring in double figures. Bueckers, Brink, Jackson, and Malonga combine for 66.2 points per game—losing Brink tonight would very much cut into the offense. Especially since Aari McDonald remains sidelined.
Overall, Breeze doesn't kill teams from beyond the arc, as they are shooting just 30.7% from three. What comes into play here are the tough buckets, second-chance points, and trips to the free-throw line. Boasting a +13 point differential, Breeze is averaging 73.2 points over its last four games.
Rose BC started off hot, but has since cooled off its thorns. 1-4 in their last five games, they've also lost each of their last three games by 10 points or more.
In those losses, Rose BC has averaged 76.6 points over the last three games, and averages the second-most points per game in Unrivaled with 74.1 PPG. Not to mention, Rose BC is one of the most efficient teams from deep, shooting 37.7% from beyond the arc and 47.7 % from the floor.
Similar to Breeze, Rose has bucket getters, and Kahleah Copper, Chelsea Gray, and Shakira Austin average a combined 63.1 points per game. While losing Stevens hurts the offense, Lexie Hull and Sug Sutton are more than capable of providing a scoring punch off the bench.
Since Copper's return, she's scored 20+ points in three of five games this season. With two players among the top ten in scoring, Gray has once again found herself in MVP talks. Known as the "Point Gawd," Gray ranks second in Unrivaled with 28 points per game, and leads the league with 6.8 assists per game. Not to mention, she's shooting 50% from three and has tallied four 30+ point outings this season.
There's no question that both clubs have some of the most prominent scorers, and baskets should come fairly easily. Rose BC and Breeze BC rank in the top five in the offensive ranks, but defense is the key factor here.
Overall, Rose has allowed the third-most points to opponents this season (594), including 85 to the Lunar Owls in Philadelphia on Friday. Respectfully, not one player on Rose could stop Marina Mabrey's 47 points and 10 3-pointers. Over the last three games, they've given up an average of 82.7 points to Mist BC, Phantom BC, and Lunar Owls BC.
Middle-of-the-pack defensively, potentially losing Brink would hurt Breeze's rim protection. While they have defensive rising stars in Bueckers, Jackson, Malonga, and Brink, they've allowed an average of 70.7 points over the last three matchups.
Both these clubs last matched up in January, with Rose BC defeating Breeze BC, 73–69. Totaling 142 points, Rose was missing its key player, Copper. Overall, both teams shot well: Rose finished 47.4% from the floor, and 43.5 % from three, while Breeze shot 52.8% from the field, and 46.7% from beyond the arc.
With Gray leading the way with 37 points, Rose, Bueckers, Jackson, and Malonga combined for 55 points. If Brink is able to suit up, I like this total even more.
