The WNBA is back, and we have a highly anticipated matchup between the Chicago Sky (7-15, 3-9 away) and the Minnesota Lynx (20-4, 12-0 home). Today, I gathered some Angel Reese props for tonight's matchup!

This matchup will feature WNBA All-Star MVP Napheesa Collier, alongside 2x WNBA All-Star Angel Reese. Featured on the cover of NBA 2k26, Reese player prop bets are a hot commodity right now!
Although off to a tumultuous start, Reese has taken the league by storm and even has her name in MVP talks. Not only did Reese debut her first signature "Angel 1" shoes, but she's also the fastest player to reach 40 double-doubles! (54 games). Plus, she recently made history last month as the only player in WNBA history to record four consecutive 15+ rebound games.
Prior to WNBA All-Star break in Indianapolis, Reese has been on a tear, and it's time to give her recognition!
Here are the best Angel Reese DraftKings player prop bets and predictions for the July 22 WNBA matchup between the Chicago Sky and Minnesota Lynx.
My first best bet for the Chicago Sky vs Minnesota Lynx matchup, I placed one unit on Sky star Angel Reese to record over 14.5 points today.
There's no question Angel Reese 2.0 is here, and bettors have taken notice. Averaging 14.0 points per game on the season, she's scored 10+ points in nine straight games.
Better yet, Reese is averaging 18.1 points and 14.3 rebounds over that span. The WNBA's leader in rebounds, AR5 ranks sixth in points per game over the last four games (18.7 PPG), and continues to lead the WNBA in rebounds over that span (10.7 RPG).
This season, we've seen Reese evolve into much more of a facilitator, but as a player who makes better decisions. With that, we've even seen Reese expand her game out to the elbow. Deeming she wants to be "unstoppable" Reese trademarked the slogan "mebounds." To silence the critics, she even created a "mebounds 1' colorway of her signature shoe for the All-Star Game.
The league's leader in offensive rebounds per game (3.8 ORPG), there's no denying Reese ranks third behind her teammate Kamilla Cardoso in second chance points per game (3.4). Plus, Reese averages the ninth most paint points per game with 9.1!
This isn't exactly an easy matchup for Reese—the Lynx, led by Collier, are the top dogs in the league. While Collier is a bit undersized at 6'1, Jessica Shepard and Alanna Smith more than solidify the frontcourt alongside Collier.
With that said, Reese has been fantastic against the Lynx this season, soaring over 14.5 points in three matchups. Over those outings, she's averaged 19 points, 12.7 rebounds, and 4.3 assists. In those meetings, Reese shot 54.5 percent from field, 75 percent from the free-throw line, and put ip 14.7 field goal attempts per game.
If course, Reese handled business with Cardoso on the floor in all but one game against Minnesota. Given the Lynx allow a combined 28.1 points and 17.4 rebounds to forwards per game, that's the fourth fewest amount of points to that position.
Overall, these two teams know each other very well, and they will meet for a third time within the last 10 days. Plus, the Sky will be without Ariel Atkins and Michaela Onyenwere due to injuries, so Reese should have plenty of scoring opportunities.
Against the Lynx, we've seen Reese aggressive in coast to coast, as well as driving to the basket. Plus, both Reese and Cardoso have a nice high-low post-to-post action. We've already seen Reese on the fast break, and we know for a fact she can take Collier one-on-one.
Dating back to last season, Reese has put up 17, 16, 19, and 22 points against the Lynx over the last four games. That's an average of 18.5 points per game, and we know this is a Lynx team that hasn't drastically transformed their roster.
The queen of rebounds, Angel Reese is the WNBA leader in RPG with 12.6. With that said, she crushed the under on this player prop line, gathering 10 and 11 boards against the Lynx. Today, I have Angel Reese to record UNDER 12.5 rebounds.
Of three total matchups this season, Reese soared over 12.5 rebounds just once on July 6, where she grabbed 17 boards. While that's a great accomplishment, Reese did this all without Kamilla Cardoso in the lineup.
At 6 foot 7, the absence of Cardoso makes a difference on the glass, and Reese has recorded 10 and 11 rebounds with Cardoso in the lineup over the last two matchups with the Lynx.
Overall, Reese has recorded nine straight double-doubles, and she's increasingly popular in the betting scene. In fact, on FanDuel, there's several player prop double-double scenarios for Reese. Will she 15 consecutive double doubles? And so forth.
I do believe Reese will capture her 10th straight double-double, however, 12.5 rebounds seems a bit high. Especially given Cardoso is active, and Lynx are a middle of the road rebounding team.
Of those 17 first matchup rebounds, 7 of those came on the offensive end for Reese, and it came on a poor shooting night for the Lynx (41.7 % FG, 24 % 3PT).
Over the last five games, Reese has soared over 12.5 rebounds just once, and averaged 11.2 boards per game in that span. This season, we've seen Reese have monstrous performances on the glass with five straight games of 16+ rebounds in late June to early July.
Casual bettors will say Angel Reese scores off her misses, which is partially true but not all of why she's one of the best players in league. After a rough start, her shot selection has improved, along with ability to pass.
Over the last five games, she's shooting over 55 percent from the field. With that said, I'm expecting Reese to keep up the same energy.
