WNBA Player Props (July 11): Best Bets, Odds & Predictions Featuring A'ja Wilson

Publish Date: Jul 11, 2026

Key Points
  • Minnesota's Kayla McBride is averaging 15.8 points and 3.8 rebounds per game this season. Her points+rebounds prop total is 18.5 in today's clash with New York. Will she go over or stay under?
  • Megan Gustafson is averaging only 3.8 rebounds per game this season. She recored five rebounds in Portland's first meeting with Atlanta. Will she go over or under 4.5 rebounds against the Dream?
  • Reigning MVP A'ja Wilson is averaging 26.1 points, 9.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game this season - a total of 38.4. Her PRA total for tonight's home vs. Phoenix is 36.5. Can she eclipse that tally?

Three games for Saturday's card, and it's the opener that might be the best of today's trifecta, with what many believe could be a preview of the WNBA Finals, a rematch of the 2024 championship series. The New York Liberty are in the Twin Cities to face the Minnesota Lynx. The Liberty won the first meeting by 13 in Brooklyn on July 3. The game tips at 1 p.m. Eastern and will be broadcast on ABC.

The Atlanta will host the expansion Portland Fire in a 4 p.m. tip on CBS, as the Dream look to make it two in a row after beating the Seattle Storm on Thursday. The Dream's recent five-game skid dropped them into the second four of the playoff eight. They head into Saturday with an identical 13-9 record as the New York Liberty and Indiana Fever. The Fire, meanwhile, would love to get closer to the eighth spot, as they're currently in 11th place.

The nightcap is in Las Vegas, where the defending champion Aces host the Phoenix Mercury at 6 p.m. on peacock, as last year's WNBA Finals participants meet for a third time this season. The Mercury won the season-opener for both teams, a 33-point trouncing that ruined the Aces' ring ceremony. The champs got revenge in the second meeting on June 17. The Aces are in after Thursday's eight-point road win in Portland, while the Mercury could be fired up after a hard-fought home loss to the Fever on the same night.

Let's take a look at my best prop bets for Saturday's slate.

Kayla McBride OVER 18.5 Points + Rebounds (-114)

Kayla McBride is averaging 15.8 points and 3.8 rebounds per game this season for Minnesota, but was rock solid in her last two games. Albeit those games were against Connecticut, the Sun have been playing better, and the 34-year-old veteran guard averaged 25.5 points and 3.5 rebounds in the two games.

And this is the type of game where the veteran thrives. McBride, who is averaging 16.8 points and 3.5 rebounds in 31 career games against the Liberty, is scoring 16.6 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. And, she's played well since the calendar turn to July, as she's averaging 23.0 points and 2.6 rebounds, and that would send us over this posted number.

Megan Gustafson UNDER 4.5 Rebounds (+130)

Megan Gustafson has had a bit of a breakout season, coming into her own to establish a role with an expansion team. That said, she is averaging only 3.8 rebounds per game this season, and comes off a humbling after facing her former teammate, A'ja Wilson, on Thursday, when Gustafson had just three rebounds. Now, after one day of traveling and rest for one of the best teams in the league, Gustafson has to deal with a rebounding machine in Angel Reese, who is averaging 11.7 rebounds per game. Yes, Reese is questionable with a left leg injury, but early indications are that she will be available.

Gustafson did record five rebounds when the Dream visited Portland in late May, and she is averaging 5.0 rebounds in 10 road games, but playing in Atlanta is tough. The Dream rank No. 1 with opponents grabbing only 6.3 offensive rebounds per game, and are tied with the Indiana Fever in allowing a league-low 30.5 rebounds per contest. Many of her appearances against the Dream were off the bench, but, Gustafson is averaging less than three rebounds per meeting against the Dream.

A'ja Wilson OVER 36.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-122)

It's time for the reigning MVP to send Michelob Ultra Arena into a frenzy, which also means (as a bonus) you might see her register a double-double (-120). With the Aces winning three in a row, A'ja Wilson returned for Thursday's win in Portland, where she had 32 points and 10 rebounds. It was her third straight game with 30 points, dating back to her final two games before missing time with an ankle injury.

Wilson is averaging 26.1, 9.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game this season — a total of 38.4, which would clear tonight's prop number. She would have eclipsed this number in 11 of the 20 games she played. And in the two meetings with Phoenix this season, she's averaging 26 points, 7 rebounds and 3.5 assists - a total of 36.5, which is how the books likely came up with their total. Dating back to last season, when the Aces swept the Mercury in the WNBA Finals, she's averaging 29.0 points, 10.2 rebounds and 3.6 assists in her last five meetings with Phoenix. Pending the earlier result between the Lynx and Liberty, and a chance for the Aces to take over sole possession of the top spot in the WNBA, Wilson will do MVP-like things.
