WNBA Player Props Today (June 27): Best Bets, Odds & Predictions Featuring Allisha Gray and Kelsey Mitchell

Publish Date: Jun 27, 2026
Fact checked by: Matt Moreno
Key Points
  • Three games on the card tonight, including a clash between Indiana and Los Angeles, which will be without two of the WNBA's most exciting guards: Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Plum.
  • Fever guard Kelsey Mitchell just dropped 30 on the Phoenix Mercury on Wednesday, marking the third time in five games she's scored 26 or more points.
  • It's a back-to-back night for the Atlanta Dream, who lost a hard-fought game in San Francisco last night, and now play the upset minded Seattle Storm.

Three games on the slate tonight, with a matinee from Canada and two late games highlighting the card. The day begins with the Mercury visiting Toronto after splitting two highly contentious games in Indianapolis, which included multiple technical fouls and an ejection in the first meeting, and a rematch where the game was overshadowed by Alyssa Thomas' fist in Caitlin Clark's throat. The Tempo, meanwhile, are in after Marina Mabrey's record-tying 53-point performance during a 125-97 demolition of the Los Angeles Sparks.

Speaking of the Sparks and Fever, they'll meet in Indiana without two All-Star-caliber guards. Los Angeles veteran Kelsey Plum is out for a while with a lower-body injury and Clark will sit this one out before the Fever have the week off.

The Atlanta Dream are off a back-to-back after last night's loss in San Francisco, and face a Seattle Storm team that has played well the last two games, losing by two to Dallas and then shocking the New York Liberty by 11 on Thursday.

WNBA Best Bets: Top Player Props Today

The Mercury have won and covered two of their last three, while the straight-up winner in their last six games is 6-0 ATS. The Tempo, meanwhile, have covered their last three games. Tip time is 2 p.m. Eastern.

The road team has won four of the last five meetings between Indiana and Los Angeles, while the Sparks have covered five of seven against the Fever. Without Plum or Clark, it'll be intriguing to see who steals the spotlight for both teams. Tip time is 8 p.m. Eastern.

Veteran guard Jordin Canada had a big game for the Dream last night, but it wouldn't be enough, as Atlanta lost by three to Golden State. Now they bring a two-game skid to Seattle to face a feisty Storm squad that has scored an average of 104.5 points the last two games.

(Odds via FanDuel)

Kelsey Mitchell Over 23.5 Points (-113)

Without Clark in the lineup, perhaps we can get through a game without any drama. It's not her fault, but it just seems to follow her. And with Clark taking a break, Kelsey Mitchell can thrive as the scorer that she's always been. With a career 21.4 points per game, Mitchell has scored 24 or more in six games this season.

Mitchell just dropped 30 on the Mercury on Wednesday, the third time in five games she's scored 26 or more points. And while she's averaging just 17.5 ppg in 25 career appearances against the Sparks, she's scored 23 or more in two of the last three meetings. As the focal point of this offense, and the Sparks missing Kelsey Plum on defense, I expect Mitchell to go for near-30.

Erica Wheeler Over 5.5 Assists (-102)

Another player with an impact on this one due to Clark's absence will be former All-Star MVP Erica Wheeler. The veteran point guard is capable of running this offense, and working alongside sharpshooting Mitchell will drive her numbers up today. She's served exactly five assists in four of the last five games, but she should be on the court more tonight.

Wheeler has five or more assists in 10 of her 17 games played this season. And while she averages just a career 3.3 assists per game against the Sparks, in four of her career games with six or more assists against them, she was a member of the Fever. If Mitchell is going to be the big gun, Wheeler will be the catalyst.

Allisha Gray Over 18.5 Points (+100)

It's no secret that Allisha Gray has struggled of late. Since averaging 21.1 points per game through eight contests, she's scoring only 16.45 ppg the last 10. But after scoring an average of 11 points per game in back-to-back games in San Francisco this week, and Canada leading the offensive charge last night, it's time for Gray to show up.

Gray has faced the Storm 27 times in her career and is averaging 14.7 ppg. However, she's scored 22 or more against them in her last three trips to Seattle, averaging 24 ppg. With the Dream losing two in a row, she'll answer her quiet night at least 20 points here.
