What has happened at Yotta?

The recent controversy and problems at Yotta stem from halted ACH processing for Synapse Brokerage accounts, among which are those held by Yotta customers. The processing had originally been halted by Lineage Bank on the 7th May, after informing Yotta that the processing would be handed over to Evolve Bank. However, on May 11th, Yotta were told that Evolve had no prior agreement to facilitate the takeover of the ACH processing and as a result all card transactions at Yotta failed.

What impact has this had on players?

Since the disruptions players have been unable to withdraw funds from their accounts, which has been frustrating for many players to say the least.
