The UFC is back at the fight capital for a stacked fight night event at the UFC Apx this Saturday night. We have a great scrap in the heavyweight division headlining this fight card with a rematch between Marcin Tybura and Serghei Spivac.
This fight card should bring a ton of excitement throughout the night which means there's a ton of action place your money on, so let's take a look at the best prop bets for UFC Vegas 95.
Best Prop Odds: Damon Jackson by Decision (+450) DraftKings Sportsbook
Daman Jackson was able to get back on track in his last fight with a split decision victory against Alexander Hernandez. This came after back-to-back losses to Dan Ige and Billy Quarantillo.
Jackson has faced some of the toughest competition out there in just 12 fights into his UFC career which should give him a leg up in this fight against his opponent Chepe Mariscal.
In this matchup against Mariscal, he is going to need to do what he does best which is to get his grappling going. Much like all of his fights, Jackson will have the grappling advantage in this fight and if he's able to wear on Mariscal early it will pay dividends in the end.
Best Prop Odds: Karl Williams by Decision (+150) DraftKings Sportsbook
Karl Williams is now riding a seven-fight winning streak dominating each and every opponent that has been put in front of him.
Williams is an exceptional wrestler and grappler which is where he will have a massive advantage in this fight against Jhonata Diniz. Diniz is a former kickboxing champion and is still fairly new to MMA as this will only be his 8th fight in his pro career.
Diniz had a ton of issues defending the grappling against Austen Lane in his UFC debut which bodes well for Williams coming into this matchup.
As long as Williams doesn't get caught on the feet while trying to close the distance he should be able to take Diniz down at will and ride out top control to get the nod on the judge's scorecards.
Best Prop Odds: Chelsea Chandler by Decision (+250) FanDuel Sportsbook
Chelsea Chandler was able to get back on track in her last fight when she dominated Josiane Nunes to a decision victory.
She now gets to take on one of the mainstays in the UFC's women's bantamweight division Yana Santos who's making her return to the Octagon after a 13-month layoff. Chandler's pressure and grappling are going to be key for her in this matchup much like it was against Nunes.
If Chandler can avoid being kept on the outside of the strikes on Santos and being clinched up against the cage, Chandler should be the one to land takedowns and the harder shots on the feet.
From there, she should be one that does just enough to get the nod on the scorecards in a closely contested decision victory.
