When Will Caesars Be Legal in Kentucky? Can You Bet on Caesars Yet?

The retail sports betting scene is thriving in Kentucky, and mobile betting still looks set to launch on September 28th, 2023. Leading up to the big day, we wanted to confirm whether Caesars is legal in Kentucky.

To confirm legal status, mobile betting operators must obtain a license from the KHRC and form a partnership with a retail establishment. Those hoping to place mobile wagers at one of the most established online sportsbooks in the US will be pleased to hear that Caesars has managed to secure both.

when will Caesars be legal in kentucky

Sports betting in Kentucky was legalized in March 2023. As part of bill HB 511, all potential new mobile sportsbooks were required to obtain a legitimate license from the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission and establish a retail partnership.

With the launch of mobile betting just around the corner, sports bettors will be pleased to hear that Ceasars is legal in Kentucky. Alongside their license, a partnership with Red Mile Racing has been formed.

Can you bet on Caesars in Kentucky yet?

Although Caesars is legal in Kentucky, you won’t be able to enjoy its mobile offering until the official launch on September 28th 2023. Caesars has been quick to ensure that all legal requirements have been fulfilled; however, there are very few details released surrounding the mobile offering.

There is no sign of a Caesars pre-launch offer in Kentucky just yet, but we would suspect that the Caesars Rewards program, which has proven so popular in other US states, will soon be available to those in Kentucky. Of course, an intuitive app, range of betting markets, and top support come as standard here, too.

The official launch date of mobile betting in Kentucky is fast approaching. So, although we can’t bet on Caesars in KY just yet, you will find that you can still download the app and register your account ready. A pre-launch promotion and further confirmation of available markets are still yet to be released; however, we would suspect that the same gaming experience found in other US states will transfer over nicely to the Bluegrass State.
