
It was a record-setting month for sports wagering in the Grand Canyon State.
Bettors in Arizona wagered more than $967.14 million overall (mobile, retail, LEWO) for October 2025 to establish a new record as official monthly figures were released by the Arizona Department of Gaming (ADG) on Tuesday.
Previously the record was over $897.63 million in November 2024. October's number was a whopping $115.84M more than September's $851.3M. The record also was a 22.2% increase compared to October 2024.
The state's coffers collected approx. $5.2 million in privilege fees, with fiscal year-to-date regulated event wagering and fantasy sports privilege fees totaling $20.7 million ($20.2M in event wagering, $462,576 in fantasy sports).
Under state law, sports betting privilege fees are deposited into the state’s General Fund. These funds are used to support state-funded programs, including education, healthcare, and wildlife conservation.

FanDuel Reclaims Top Spot
With 14 legalized sports wagering platforms in the state, FanDuel was the monthly leader in the state generating more than $317.14 million in mobile handle, #23.46 million more than second-place DraftKings ($293.68M), ending DK's two-month monthly top spot streak.
BetMGM was third ($101.93M), Fanatics Sportsbook placed fourth ($88.24M) and bet365 rounded out the top five ($55.02M).
PrizePicks Tops Fantasy Sports
Four of the 13 legal fantasy sports operators within the state generated more than $1 million in handle with PrizePicks topping them all again, generating more than $7.02 million in handle. DraftKings was second with more than $5.16M and Underdog rounded out the top three with $2.58M.
FanDuel was fourth with more than $1.13M.
