Awager, BetMGM Announce New Slot Partnership in New Jersey

Playing slot machines in the future took a new pivot on Thursday.

Aristocrat-owned Awager announced a new partnership with New Jersey-based BetMGM that will make Awager's inventory of live-streamed slot machines available to BetMGM and Borgata online customers in New Jersey.

The new synergy combines online play with real in-house slot machines, allowing players to access and play physical slot machines remotely through live-streaming.

At launch, players will have access to 50 cabinets featuring more than 30 unique game titles such as Buffalo Ascension and Lightning Link.

"At BetMGM, we're committed to bringing new and innovative gaming experiences to our players. The addition of Awager's live slots offering creates an exciting new way for our players to engage with slot machines digitally," said Rob Passerino, Director of Gaming at BetMGM, in a news release.

"This is just the beginning of our partnership, and we look forward to continuing to work together to explore new opportunities that further enhance the BetMGM online casino experience."
