DraftKings, IC360 Announce Agreement on Eve of NFL Season Opener

On the eve of the National Football League's season opener between the New England Patriots and the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks, two companies have joined forces to provide the most comprehensive and transparent integrity and compliance solutions in the sports betting industry.

Las Vegas-based Integrity Compliance 360, Inc. (IC360), announced Tuesday an agreement with Boston-based DraftKings.

Under the agreement, DraftKings will implement IC360’s suite of integrity and compliance technology across both its sportsbook and predictions platforms and marks the first ever single-operator integration in IC360's ProhiBet and ProhiTrade secure network, uniting four of the company's flagship technologies under one roof: Integrity Monitoring, ProhiBet, ProhiTrade, and ProhiBet Bad Actors.

“DraftKings is built for entertainment, and we want sports fans to have fun and enjoy the games they love in a responsible way,” said Lori Kalani, Chief Responsible Gaming Officer at DraftKings in a news release. “There is no place for harassment of athletes or attempts to manipulate sports markets in our industry. Our work with IC360 gives us additional tools to identify and address this type of conduct and uphold the integrity of sports.”

How will DraftKings (DK) Utilize

ProhiBet BA: DK will join IC360's ProhiBet BA (Bad Actors) program. ProhiBet BA identifies individuals who use DraftKings' platforms to harass, threaten, or abuse athletes, coaches, officials, and other sports figures — including conduct tied to betting losses or unfavorable outcomes.

ProhiBetTrade: On the prediction market side, DK will deploy IC360’s ProhiTrade technology across DKeX and the DraftKings Predictions offering, enforcing prohibited-trading compliance by helping to prevent athletes, coaches, officials, and other individuals with access to material non-public or insider information from trading event contracts tied to competitions or outcomes they can influence.

ProhiBet: DK will implement IC360’s ProhiBet platform across its regulated sportsbook platform, restricting wagering by athletes, coaches, trainers, officials, league personnel, and other individuals who are prohibited from betting on the sports in which they participate.

Integrity Monitoring: IC360 will provide real-time integrity monitoring across DraftKings Sports with real-time alerts on suspicious betting and trading patterns.
