The memo was issued to licensed commercial casinos, gaming-related commercial casino suppliers, internet gaming operators, and suppliers, sports betting operators and suppliers, and fantasy contest operators (licensees).

Latest Crackdown
With a span of six days last month (Sept. 23-28), the MGCB cracked down on 14 illegal and unlicensed online casinos to cease operations and exit the state.
These included: Bspin Casino, Everygame Casino, Everygame Sports Casino, Fortune Horizon Casino, Goat Spins Casino, High Roller Casino, Kudos Casino, PlayCroco Online Casino, Slots.lv, Slots of Vegas, Spin Dimension, Super Slots, True Fortune Casino, and Vegas Gems Casino.
If they do not have required licensing, those entities are violating the Lawful Internet Gaming Act, the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act, and sections of the Michigan Penal Code. Unlike licensed operators, these sites are not subject to independent testing or consumer protection requirements.
Failure to comply a cease-and-desist order could result in further enforcement actions in cooperation with the Michigan Department of Attorney General.
