The signup welcome bonus at A1 Casino provides players with 1,000,000 Gold Coins, but no free Sweeps Coins. This is one of the biggest GC bonuses I’ve encountered, but I was still disappointed by the lack of SC.

Casino First Purchase Welcome Bonus

As for a Gold Coins first-purchase package welcome bonus, there are three package options:

• 100,000 Gold Coins and 20 Free Sweeps Coins for $10.
• 100,000 Gold Coins and 26.57 Free Sweeps Coins for $19.98.
• 100,000 Gold Coins and 37.47 Free Sweeps Coins for $29.98.

These are all pretty good welcome offers in my opinion. The choice depends on how much you want to play.

A1 Casino “Today Only” Offer

For $20, A1 casino offered me 26,000 Gold Coins and 26 free Sweeps Coins. It’s marketed as “Today Only,” so it may only be available within 24 hours of creating an account.

I decided not to take this offer. I prefer to view all my options and take my time before making a purchase, so I usually skip on these kinds of offers. However, if you are sure you want to purchase a GC package right away, this one is solid.

A1 Casino Refer A Friend Bonus

When you send your friend your unique signup link, and they complete the registration process, you’ll receive 10 Free Sweeps Coins. However, it’s unclear what the friend on the other end needs to do for you to retrieve the Sweeps Coins other than create an account.

Typically, these offers come with a caveat that the friend making Gold Coins package purchases must reach a specific amount.

A1 Casino Mail-In Offer

The A1 Casino mail-in offer will provide players with 5 Sweeps Coins per request. To complete this offer, you must use a 4” x 6” card or a blank, unlined sheet of white paper with a written statement and more.

You must also request a unique AMOE code.

This is a lengthy process, and you can learn more about it in the General Terms & Conditions, though the text is hard to read because it’s just massive blocks.

A1 Casino Daily Bonus

This was a confusing offer. When I clicked on “Claim,” it said I needed to play games to unlock the daily bonus. So, I played through some, and nothing seemed to change.

So, I contacted customer support, and it said I’d get a response in under two hours. Well, more than three hours later, I didn’t get a response.

However, I eventually did get a reply. I was first asked if I had joined their Facebook and Telegram groups, almost as if it were a prerequisite for getting customer support.

Then I was told that I’d get the daily bonus credit at the end of the 7-day streak and was also told, “Please also be informed that to be eligible for the daily bonus, you need to at least make 4 Purchase on 4 different days and login in on your account for 6 days during this 7 day streak.”

Yeah, this offer is way too convoluted.

A1 Casino Weekly Bonus

Like the Daily Bonus, I had the same issues with the Weekly Bonus. Again, it’s there, but it says to play games to unlock it.

The Daily Login Bonus had convoluted parameters, and I expect this one does, too.

A1 Casino Wheel Spin

With the Wheel Spin promo, you cannot use it until you play with Sweeps Coins. It’s unclear whether that’s just 1 Sweeps Coin or more.

A1 Casino VIP Program

The VIP Program at A1 Casino features multiple levels, and all it says is “your progress is an accumulated sum through your played, increase through levels to earn bigger rewards.”

Aside from the grammar errors, that doesn’t really provide any insight into how progression is measured.

For example, is 1,000 Gold Coins equal to 1 point? Is 1 Sweeps Coin equal to 1 point?

It’s unclear. It’s also unclear what the rewards and perks are.

There are dozens of providers within this section, including those mentioned above and many more. There are numerous themes, too, but there’s only one section that’s specifically pointed out, which is Fish Games.

Examining the games for RTPs, it was hit or miss finding it in some games, but in a handful of games, I couldn’t find an RTP higher than 94%.

A1 Casino Live Casino Experience

While I mentioned there are six live casino game options, that’s just based on what’s listed in that section. However, there are only two games that have live hosts: Live Roulette and Marble Race. There’s one game, Red Baron Live, that doesn’t have a host.

The other three titles include Bet With Streamers, Live Streaming Star, and Dead or Alive.

• Bet With Streamer: Was unavailable.
• Dead or Alive: Was unavailable.
• Live Streaming Star: This isn’t actually a live dealer game. I think it somehow just got placed in this section because “Live” is in the name.

As for the two actual live dealer games, Roulette and Marble Race, the feed was of high quality, and the hosts were pleasant and engaging.

Player Feedback and Industry Insight

To learn more about A1 Casino, I turned to Trustpilot to see what real player reviews said.

There were just 22 reviews on Trustpilot, and of them, they were either 5-star or 1-star.

So, it’s quite a polarizing sweepstakes casino, but this player, “Shelby,” enjoys their experience. This player enjoyed the games, payment methods, and redemption methods.

I’d say that the game library is vast. I do have questions about the overall RTP, though. As for payment methods, yes, there are plenty, I’m just confused by how it’s laid out.

Then another player, Bryce, had a great experience, complimenting the speed of redemptions, the games, and the providers. That said, Bryce also criticized the daily offer, which I also had an issue with.

So, yes, it’s fair to say that the games, purchase/redemption options, and speed are fine, but there are other issues.

After looking at a couple of positive reviews, I went over to the 1-star reviews, and Keith had a lot to say.

His review was based on RTP, and as I mentioned above, the RTP, in my research, seemed lower than that of other sweepstakes casinos. Of course, each spin or each game is completely random and separate from one another, but going from 36 Sweeps Coins to 10, like Keith here, can be demoralizing for sure.

Final Thoughts: An Honest Overview of A1 Casino

I’m mixed on A1 Casino. The library of games is nice, there are ample payment/redemption methods, and the signup welcome bonus grants 1,000,000 Gold Coins.

However, there are just a lot of issues and errors that I think hurt credibility. For example, I found some spelling errors, the terms and conditions text is just large blocks of text, and the payment/redemption menus are just oddly laid out.

There were also issues with some A1 casino bonuses, including the Daily and Weekly offers. I reached out to customer support and didn’t get a response within the advertised time, and when I did, the text was littered with spelling and grammar errors and made the Daily offer extremely confusing.

Other than that, I’d give this sweepstakes casino a 6.5/10.
