I want to love it as it has some great features. Betrivers.net offers some good sports betting odds. I've noticed they come out earlier than many other US sites which is great. The design is very user-friendly and I like the range of betting options available...

The drawbacks... the blue scrolling winner tape on the desktop version can be pretty annoying, especially if you're only interested in sports betting. The chat support feels a bit fake with no real interaction, they need to up this to compete with other sites.

However, withdrawals could be faster. I also faced lag issues while playing certain games like Hypernova Megaways. There are also some bugs in the smartphone app, but they don't make it unusable.

It has the option to earn free coins, this is great for those who like to play without paying. I do like to buy coins as well, I like to play as much as I like without having to wait for free coins but I know not everyone does.

There are not enough ways to contact customer service, there is only email which is not efficient at all. If I have any kind of query or issue that needs resolved before I can play further I'm stuck waiting on a reply. I also think the pack of coins was a little expensive for what you get, particularly compared to other social casinos I've played at.

Despite not having cash prizes, their policy of daily rewards is very exciting. It makes you feel like you've won even though you don't get actual cash, so while it's not quite as financially rewarding as a real casino it's just as much fun.

This site has an excellent range games to play. All the usual table and slot games that you're used to and enjoy. The design is very cool, an engaging design but not too 'in your face'

The site lacks a live chat. The only way to contact support is email which is totally pointless if you have an urgent query or problem. They normally take a day or two to reply, and if theres any need to go back and forth then it's even longer.

You can have fun with the free coins and bonuses, it could be more, but if you know where to find the ones they make available you can have fun without spending a lot of your own money.

I tried to contact support via email and it was really a struggle. I found the email address easily enough and sent off my query but they took a long time to reply. Then the reply wasn't quite answering my question so I had to go back again for clarification. All in all, a very simple query took almost 2 weeks to sort. A live chat or phone number would be a lot quicker and keep customers happy

This is a good site - very easy to find your way around and play all of the different games. It's easy for beginners as well I think, no crazy menus or garish colours. The games that I've played so far are all really fun and they seem to be updated regularly which makes it more fun and entertaining. Plus, it's mostly free! You can buy more coins if you need to but I don't often have to do that.
