When I created my account with Boom Fantasy, I got an interesting welcome bonus. From my experience, DFS sites often give things like deposit match bonuses or free play. Boom Fantasy does it a little differently and instead gives you a risk-free play as the sign-up bonus.
I love the simplicity of this bonus - you basically register an account using the banners I’ve put on this page, and then your first real money play at Boom Fantasy is risk-free, up to a value of $100. This means one of two things happens:
Pretty easy! The max you can get back in bonus credit is $100, and as far as I can see, there’s no limit on the games, game mode, or types of picks you can make for your first play. In terms of state availability, you can check out the banners I’ve got on this page, and you should be able to quickly see if you are eligible to sign up or not.
I didn’t see a Boom Fantasy promo code involved with this bonus - instead, it was a simple case of downloading the app, going through the registration process, crediting my account with some money, and making my first pick. You can also do this by following these steps:
Click on the Boom Fantasy banners on this page.
Download the relevant app.
Tap the sign up button.
Follow the registration instructions.
Verify your ID if needed.
Log in to your new DFS account.
Make your first deposit.
Make your first pick.
As I mentioned in my Boom Fantasy review, this brand is app-only - there is no desktop version where you can sign up. This means that you’ll have to download either the iOS or Android app first before you can create an account. This, combined with the signup process, should only take you a few minutes though - it’s really easy.
When it comes to financing your account, I was able to use Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or Discover. There should be a minimum deposit limit of $10. When you’ve added some funds to your balance, it’s a simple case of making your first pick - remember, if you win, cool - you keep the payout, but if you lose, you’ll get 100% of your stake back as bonus funds up to a max of $100.

I will admit that the Boom Fantasy signup offer fell a little short for me. This is because I won with my first pick. I made a 2-selection pick for an NBA game, and old man LeBron James and Luke Kenard came through for me! I guess this is the double-edged sword that is this welcome bonus - it can feel a little anti-climactic if you win on your first play, as you essentially don’t get any type of bonus at all.
From my point of view, though, I don’t think that’s a bad thing - what other bonuses are there where you can either get a payout on your first pick, or get to try again if you fail? Yes, something like a deposit match bonus could be cool, but I much prefer promotions like this that still give me the freedom to make the over/under picks that I want without any real downsides.
The welcome bonus is just one feature of this US DFS brand, and once I got up and running, I started to see other promotional features. This includes a referral program where you can get other people involved, plus daily promotions every day of the week. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find a VIP program or loyalty scheme, though, which they might consider adding.
If you’ve got friends or family who are interested in sports and like DFS gameplay, you can get them involved using your Boom Fantasy referral code or link. Everyone gets one when they register an account, and all you have to do is give it to other people. They then have to use your link or code to sign up. If they do that and make a $10 minimum deposit, you should get a $25 referral bonus. There’s no limit on how many people you can refer, and the $25 bonus is credited as non-withdrawable bonus funds rather than a cash balance.
Boom Fantasy also has an incredible set of daily promotions which existing customers can potentially benefit from, and these include:
Super Wheel Sunday: Boom Fantasy has the special Pick & Spin game mode, where you make at least 2 over/under picks and then spin a wheel to see what payout multiplier you get. This can be anywhere from 2x to 500x. However, every Sunday, there is the special Super Wheel, which has its payout multipliers increased to 2.5x to a potential maximum of 2,000x! There are no other terms for this offer - just play the Pick & Spin game on a Sunday, and you’ll get to spin the enhanced wheel.
Mystery Mondays: Monday has a little bit of mystery and you can potentially get a range of different random rewards. I found that this will vary from week to week, and they will also be unique for different customers.
Tuesday Double: This promo is aimed at NBA pick’em selections and it basically gives you a discount on the over/under that two players need to get for their stats. For example, perhaps you pick two players to score over 30.5 points and get over 12.5 rebounds. On a Tuesday, the over requirement for this pick would be discounted, and it could be reduced to 25.5 points and 9.5 points, thus increasing your chances of a potential payout.
Wednesday Drops: Wednesday is similar to Monday in that you can get random prize drops.
Touchdown Thursdays: On Thursday, you can potentially get a 50% profit boost on selected pick’em markets and from my experience, these are usually NFL picks when the season is in full swing, but they can also be for other sports.
Risk-free Fridays: If you have joined the Boom Fantasy Discord channel, then you can join in the risk-free Fridays promotion. This is where you can potentially win risk-free picks for specific game modes.
Super Boost Saturdays: Saturday offers a range of different personalized boosts on the classic Pick’em game.
I think these daily promotions and features are awesome! In most instances, the terms and conditions are easy to understand, and I’ve often found that the bonuses are tailored to your preferences, such as the sports you like to make picks and predictions with.
As a reminder, at this point, Boom Fantasy mainly focuses on US pro league matches, and it has over/under picks for basketball, baseball, football, ice hockey, and selected college sports.
I completely get that some people might not like the fact that you aren’t guaranteed any Boom Fantasy sign up offers for US customers. BUT, I want you to look at it in a different light. As I’ve mentioned above, with this new customer offer, you can’t lose - either you make your first pick, and it’s a banger that wins, or you lose but get to try again - this is awesome, and this is why I rank the Boom Fantasy risk-free bonus offer highly amongst other DFS brands.
After that, you’ve also got the fantastic referral scheme, plus daily promotions that can potentially give you something different every day of the week. I’d like to see something like a VIP program, but I don’t think it’s a major issue.
With that in mind, if you fancy testing your own DFS skills and giving Boom Fantasy a try, feel free to click the banners we have on this page to get signed up now.
Boom Fantasy is only available to US customers over 18 who live in any of these states - Arkansas, Alaska, D.C, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
I’ve never seen a Boom Fantasy no deposit bonus. The welcome bonus essentially gives you a risk-free first play of up to $100, but you don’t get any free money with this. There are no deposit bonuses for the daily promotions that I’ve used.
Not that I’ve seen. Boom Fantasy keeps it pretty simple when it comes to bonuses. In my experience, you usually just have to follow the instructions, click a specific link, or do something to trigger a bonus, instead of using a Boom Fantasy promo code. The only real place you might need to use a Boom Fantasy bonus code is for the referral program.
There isn’t one at this point in time. Instead of a Boom Fantasy deposit bonus, you can use the banners we’ve got here, sign up, and then make your first play - if you win, awesome, but if you lose, you’ll get 100% of your stake back as bonus funds to try again, up to a value of $100.
