A good, solid site with lots of coverage and helpful support guys. Any time I contact them they are very helpful and professional. They've never made me feel dumb even if I'm asking really dumb questions. Nice range of bonuses as well that are easy to figure out and use

Withdrawals can be a tiny bit slow is all. If they were a bit quicker this site would be perfect

I enjoy using this site, it's very intuitive and easy to navigate. I have a lot of fun playing here and don't ever come across any technical problems because everything runs very quickly. It never crashes when I'm in the middle of playing or anything like that.

The support service is good, they're very professional when they contact you and are always quick to have the issue sorted or questions answered.

A VIP program is essential for a good site in my opinion. Everywhere else I play has a vip program and it keeps me engaged and competitive. It's a real shame that there's none here because it would make the site a lot better and more competitive.

The bonuses are varied, and they seem to have quite a lot offered. Of course there's the welcome bonus, but there's also refer your friends bonuses and some other bonuses you can get through competitions or winning prizes. It's fun

It's good that way, you're not hemmed into something that isn't your cup of tea like with some other sites. It makes the bonus more worthwhile cos you really want it. Well designed site and a great bonus

I find it hard to contact customer support. There's only phone and email - I can't use the phone due to being deaf and email can be slow. I think for accessibility and being inclusive for disabled people they need to have a live chat as well so people can pick which suits them. Email isn't terrible, but slow if it's a more urgent query so not everyone wants to use it. Live chat is quicker for people to get answers there and then.
