It’s fair to say that the legalities around sports gambling in the USA are complex and constantly shifting. Since the overturning, in 2018, of the Professional and Amateur Sports Act (PASPA) of 1992 which prohibited sports betting, the sports gambling landscape has exploded in the US. The overturning of this law meant that each state was now able to decide their own position on sports gambling, leading to the legalisation of sports betting at retail settings and online in more than 30 states. Where is Caesars not yet legal for online bettors?

Bettors in the following regions can’t access the online version of the Caesars sportsbook but can access in-person betting at physical retail outlets:

• Rhode Island
